Can't cancel my subscription

For years already I'm trying to cancel my subscription but it's impossible. So every year I'm paying 100 euro's for things I don't even use. I’ve tried multiple times to contact them to stop it but I can't reach anyone. I was even so desperate to stalk someone on LinkedIn to help me, he couldn't. I want my account to stop.

It's a pity I have to give this…

It's a pity I have to give this Corporation even 1 star. They are the worst money sucking parasites that I have ever had anything to do with. What a bunch of thieves this Corporation is. No help, no support, just AI (and I use that term loosely as it's supposed to denote Intelligence) their support people either hang up on you when you tell them the truth about the crap software and service they provide, or the bots take over, misdirect you and land you at the completely wrong area you called them about in the first place. Absolutely the worst of the worst.

No attempt at Customer service Helping. NONE

Along with many other windows computer users I have a notice permanently on my screen stating "Activate Windows" "Go to Settings to activate Windows".I have called customer service THREE TIMES. Each one ends with no attempt at helping and a hang up. NO HELP.

Microsoft Locked Me Out of My Account With No ResolutionI am extremely disappointed with…

I am extremely disappointed with Microsoft. After more than eight years as a paying customer, my account was suddenly locked behind a “parental guidance” restriction that I never activated. Since then, I have been completely unable to access my own account. I have contacted Microsoft support every single day, opened multiple cases, and followed every instruction they sent, yet nothing has been resolved. The support responses have been generic and unhelpful, and no one has taken ownership of the issue or escalated it properly. I am still locked out of my account, and the lack of accountability from a company of this size is unacceptable. I expected far better treatment as a long-standing customer. This experience has shown how weak Microsoft’s support system can be when something goes wrong.

Locked Out for 8 Weeks Appalling…

Locked Out for 8 Weeks Appalling Microsoft & OneDrive Support. Would give 0 if that was an optionI’ve been locked out of my OneDrive account for almost eight weeks, and the experience with Microsoft’s support has been absolutely appalling.Despite countless hours on hold, numerous case numbers, and empty promises of follow-ups that never happen, I still have no access to my data. Every time I call, I’m told someone will email me yet those emails never arrive. When I ask to make a complaint, I’m told “we’re only an inbound call centre” and they can’t take complaints.I’ve spent over 1 hour and 30 minutes on hold today (an ongoing), on just one of many calls with the data protection team and their customer service team. Still no resolution. All this started simply because I upgraded my phone, and now the Microsoft Authenticator app is only linked to my old device. Despite providing verification, Microsoft refuses to help reset it or restore access. Both my email and phone verification are blocked, leaving me completely locked out.As a small business owner, this has been crippling. I’ve lost access to key business data, suffered revenue loss, and endured enormous stress all because of Microsoft’s lack of care, communication, and accountability.Their systems are rigid, their customer service is unhelpful, and their support process is broken. I would strongly warn others not to rely on OneDrive or Microsoft services. Look elsewhere for cloud storage anywhere with real customer support that actually cares.

This company is absolutely terrible

This company is absolutely terrible. They’ve been charging me for a Microsoft account for four years in a row, even after I’ve tried multiple times to contact them to stop it. It’s almost impossible to reach anyone for help — no real customer support, just endless loops that never solve the issue. I even changed my card number, and somehow they still managed to keep charging me. Totally unacceptable and unethical business practices. Avoid them at all costs!
