Just absolutely ridiculous. Had a duplicate charge on 365 business and I literally can't speak to anyone. I am going round in circles. The only account login I have is for an account I have paid for in full but a monthly charge has been taken from my account in addition to this. The monthly is obviously set up somewhere on a different login for a trial that has fell into charges. It is under the same email but I can't login. It is literally the worst service I have ever had. Nightmarish black mirror stuff of going round in circles.
Microsoft confirm in writing they owe me money. Will the let me use that money or refund it to me? No. Will they even bother to reply? No. Do they care? No. Their conduct means they are stealing my money. Why would you buy and used products provided by such dishonest people? Don’t!!
Exactly no different than talking to a wall or expecting empathy from a robot.Literally nothing is personal, AI robot is the only thing you can call, and if you find the hidden link to actually talk to a person, don’t expect nothing else than empty and meaningless polite phrases and automated processes.No help at all if you have a problem with their terrible service.
They’ve locked me out of outlook cause I’m overseas and it’s the only way I have of communicating. They have facial recognition , password and code from another email address and it’s still not enough. I’m stranded in Malaysia and have to wait 24 hrs after answering another 20 bullshit questions. It’s not the first time they’ve done this and I’m really really pissed off
One star being the minimum rating. If i could rate it less i would. They locked me out off my email accounts for work and personal, all my bills and day to day runs through these accounts and am not able to recover either. Puts me completely out of the loop, since switching everything to email to go "paperless". zero customer support to right any of this also.
Another well deserved 1 star.Login with correct password to Hotmail account I have used for years suddenly, not for first time, does not work. So changed password 5 times and each time, despite getting confirmation password successfully changed , each time it failed to allow me to sign in. Now they tell me I have requested change password code too many times and try tomorrow. I think I will rely on gmail ongoing me thinks. Another example of corporate total incompetence!
I haven’t been able to access my email account and the authentication app isn’t working either , being trying to get hold of support since days nothing because you can only have access by logging in to your account . Who told them the only problem you can encounter is forget password. It’s such a shame right now. And it’s frustrating
