Disappointing Support Experience

I am extremely frustrated with the support I’ve received regarding a simple issue of removing deleted notebooks from my storage. Despite reaching out to multiple departments, every representative gave me the same unhelpful response. The lack of escalation and ownership from the support team is unacceptable, especially given the cost of the service. This experience has been disheartening, especially as I rely on the platform for work.

Service Shutdown Without Notice

The recent decision to shut down this service without informing users has left me unable to manage my scripts effectively. The disconnect between the company and its users is evident, and the lack of communication regarding policy changes is concerning. This has made it difficult for many users to adapt.

Disappointing Product

The product has been a complete letdown. It seems like yet another underwhelming offering from the company, which is fortunate to maintain its position in the market despite these issues.

Goodbye to Windows

I have decided to leave the Windows ecosystem for good. Transitioning to an alternative operating system has brought a sense of relief. The current offerings from the company are not meeting my needs.

Connection Issues

The service is plagued by connection problems, making it impossible to maintain a steady connection for my email. The infrastructure has deteriorated significantly, leading to an extremely disappointing experience.

Improper use of corpotate profits.

Why is it necessary for Microsoft to pay for the distruction of the While House? Who needs and will use a Trump ballroom. I liked the Rose Garde and the West Wing. I believe using corporate profits for the distruction of national symbols a national catrastrophy.

Won't pay? Can't pay?

I have had microsoft services suspended despite the fact that I have an office 365 subscription currently active . This is because I owe £3.69 asa recurring payment for storage. I have received emails to one of my personal accounts requesting that I pay this sum. However when I try to pay it, my personal email is not recognised and I am asked to sign in with a business account . I have wasted time and energy trying to find a way to pay this measly sum. I can say that I will not be continuing with Microsoft when my subscription comes up for renewal in January 2026.

Sad & More Sad

Please, please, someone — IS THERE ANY ALTERNATIVE TO THIS MICROSOFT CRAP?Are these programs seriously this glitchy? What the hell are the software testers even doing?I honestly cannot grasp how this is the “standard” we’re stuck with. In this so-called "AI age, nothing has gotten simpler" — and whenever you try to use tools that are supposed to be helpful and time-saving, all you end up with is frustration, wasted hours, and a pile of unanswered questions.Maybe start hiring people based on actual, old-school soft skills — people who are responsible, self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and can actually understand the bigger picture. Not some 19-year-old “prodigies.”
