Ordered a 200$ custom controller only for Microsoft to drop a different design 5 days later and refusing to cancel or adjust my order since I would like the new design. I will never make business with this company again :)

I currently cannot log into my Microsoft account because the number linked to the account is no longer in use. therefore I cannot cancel a booking now. Tried calling several times, this cost me tons of money because of my holiday abroad. The invoice is paid by Microsoft for the booking and telephone calls. what a bad company if you can't access your own account

So windows decided to restart my PC for some updates. Then it wanted all kinds of pincodes and logons with tekst messages. Come on ! Why are every company making things harder all the time ?!

I THOUGHT Microsoft was good. But recently, in everything I am writing, I am noticing serious WORDOS! What is a wordo? A typo is a wrong letter in a particular place. Yes, I typo. Who doesn't? But a WRONG WORD? No. I suck at math, not watching writing. I am going back and rereading and rewriting WAY TOO MUCH because of some damn AI that wants MY WORK to be different than I intend for it to be. Forty minutes of editing THREE PAGES between midnight and one this morning? Thank you Microsoft for stealing my sleep from me.I am NOT HAPPY AT ALL with Microsoft, and personally feel whomever is coming up with these damn AI things need to be in prison, or have the AI help them with their daily hygiene needs.

I had a one time purchase sudenly microsoft discontinued I can’t access my document create an invoice nothing I can’t get any personal contact help I went online to get help can’t get into my account tried UNBELIEVABLE I turn for help online thinking I was speaking with microsoft I then got scammed by fake people pretending to by microsoft technical support. Fortunately I paid through Pay-Pal they open a case I was immediately I was refunded. I have used the software since 2009 and take out year subscription if my subscription had expired then I would have purchased again and I can’t even do thatBAD BAD BAD I would give you no stars its I could

I have been charged for 2 subscriptions…

I have been charged for 2 subscriptions for over a year and when I identified this and requested a call-back (god knows why you cant call them directly) the agent was rude and argumentative and essentially said nothing they can do as you can only have one subscription against one account so they cannot identify the other payment, I asked to speak to a manger was told 3 days.

Microsoft has gone to complete garbage!

Microsoft has gone to complete garbage!! The login website doesn’t even work. Even on the xbox I enter one password and it says it’s wrong. The next password I enter it starts loading and then goes back to the user selection as if the password worked but nope just makes you reselect user to do it all over again. So now that I’m on Microsoft’s sight to reset the password I tell it to send an email to the selected email address and I get nothing… next it starts to freeze and not work at all. Thought this was a huge company with tons of money and technology! Clearly straight trash… exactly why I only use my playstation. Not worth the trouble and stress just to play a game with my f-ing daughter A-holes!!
