Every few months the Xbox game pass prices go up. Why is it that I’m paying almost 23 dollars on a game pass every month. That’s ridiculous. Your upping the prices and you don’t even have good games included the game pass. Xbox is getting hella boring compared to the others years I’ve beeen playing a game pass is not worth 23 dollars. It used to legit be like 12-13 dollars now it’s up all the way to $23 who is even gunna be paying that it’s not worth it. Might as well go to Pc and not waste my money on a pass that doesn’t even have good games included
I was sent an email the first line of which was "We have received a request from Microsoft to validate your organization’s eligibility to receive Microsoft nonprofit offers" I supplied all the information I had regarding the application for a Community Interest Company to be in the programme. I was sent the following response "Unfortunately, Community Interest Companies (CICs) and other non-profits without charitable status do not currently meet the criteria."It would appear that they acknowledge the non-profit status of the Company but nonetheless exclude it from a programme defined as "Microsoft for Nonprofits"It seems they are unclear on the definitions they are using or they have badly defined the rules of the programme, perhaps they should call it "Microsoft for Charities" or change the rules of eligibility. I would be delighted to have the application re-considered in the light of the name of the programme.

If they cared about the environment, they would allow system upgrades on older systems. Come on, we live in a AI world but they can't figure this one out?Our next generations will suffer, serverely.
Had an Xbox that stopped working. Had a monthly subscription of £14.99. cannot contact them directly as all information on Xbox. Had my bank contact them and tell them to stop submitting payments, but they steal £14.99 each month! I do not have a contract with them and they have no right to steal money each month! And just an update. 12 CFR 1005 ELECTRONIC FUND TRANSFERS REGULATIONS E. ANY CUSTOMER THAT CONTACTS BANK TO STOP PAYMENTS 3 DAYS BEFORE PAYMENT DUE, AN IMMEDIATE STOP PAYMENT ORDER FOR SIX MONTHS SHOULD BE APPLIED.
C U Next TuesdaysAlmost cannot be bothered to write the full episodes. Was duped into a 365 free monthly trial. Immediately couldn't access the product or even get going with it. After 2 weeks of trying, started to try and cancel the trial - it was just too painful. Could I ****? couldn't speak to anyone via email (let alone phone - impossible). Eventually got my bank to cancel the payments. Only, after they had tried to take 3 months of payment (all rejected by my bank) for a "product" that was not used or effectively received, have they now realised payments are blocked. That's obviously all they care about - now they are emailing me to inform met that my credit card payments didn't go through and I risk losing the use of their service that I haven't even registered.. No s**t Sherlock. That's because you've been trying tp rip me off for 3 months. Bunch of a**e
The chumps now running Microsoft seem determined to lose the goodwill of every user of Edge and Outlook by dumping ill-thought out, badly prepared and inadequately tested updates into our devices, and don't want to listen to feedback from users. Media Player' and 'New Outook' being the latest examples of their efforts. I see no reason to believe that they are going to change their dictatorial practices and will probably stop paying the MS Office subscription and use OpenOffice instead. Media Player prevents me playing all the music on disks and tapes that I've re-recorded as MP3 files for portability and which worked well enough in Legacy Media Player and now does so in Realtek. And there are other browsers.
How difficult is it to get in touch with Microsoft 365! Absolute nightmare for such a huge organisation which we all rely on for Microsoft Office 365, their Customer service and any contact ability is the worst. From re-setting passwords to a query with buying a package this whole request a code, you ask more than once and it rolls you to a 24 hour hold. Please get on board make 'Contact Us' a thing which is actually physically possible! We are all work all the time post Covid and this Spanish Mañana mentality is beyond ridiculous. Change your systems and make them more user friendly! We pay enough on those annual subscriptions, invest in Customer Service PLEASE!!
