The worst customer service out of any company I have ever called. Automated voice can’t help directs you to the website you got the number to call them from and then hangs up. What the actual. And you can’t even write a review without an email? Worst company on earth will not buy another Microsoft product

Absolutely f-king pathetic

Absolutely f-king pathetic, never available to request a callback, can't even do the online chat help because it just gives me an error when trying to submit my question/issue. F_ck Microsoft, I'm about done!

Why the hell would Microsoft do this?

There are at least two places in Windows where you can set your trackpad preferences. Not two ways to get to one place -- two different places. Windows has been closing my apps whenever my hand shakes (due to pills I take) -- no warning, no request to save my progress -- the apps just close, and they do it in an instant -- normally, Microsoft can't do anything so quickly, but when it looks to their moronic OS like I want to suddenly abandon all my work without any chance of recovering it, everything joyfully shuts down and screws me up royally.I had set the trackpad not to take any three- or four-fingered gestures, in ONE of the places, and then stupidly trusted that Microsoft wouldn't be playing psychopathic games with me.WHY THE HELL WOULD THERE BE TWO DIFFERENT PLACES?? IT'S CLEAR TO ME THAT MICROSOFT DOESN'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT USERS, JUST POWER OVER USERS, AND THEIR MONEY!

These guys buy up little companies and run them into the ground to kill competition or for tax write offs. They bought Takelessons (a major player in online classes) and ran it into the ground in a year and then just closed it- leaving 25000 teachers worldwide jobless. the thing is they didnt even try to hide that they were destroying the company as they did it. Unbelievable. Satya Nadella is really an evil person.

Absolutely Uselss, Arrogant and Complacent

Microsoft have world domination, in fact they are part of the dissolvement of human contact. That aside, if you need help, go spin on a Merry-Go-Round as you will get nothing from this company. Spam and Scams are rife, the lack of interest from such big organisations largely responsible. I may sound angry, because I am. Being hit with endless online threats, and even changing passwords and security near on impossible. Seriously upgraded security with one of the largest providers in the world many months ago, they are lost too. Turn the clock back. No more technology. Ah, too late AI hitting us.

CONSTRUCTIVE

CONSTRUCTIVE! Honest and helpful wow. Where do I start. Microsoft it support I don't think exists and if it ever did Ai has really fked it up even further. I have spent 5.25 hours going around in f.......... circles to only end up in the same place every time, a log in screen that I don't have access to. Someone, and I mean a real fkn person needs to call me to sort out access to my account as the company i used has gone tit's up

Deficient Customer Support

After my laptop was hacked, I lost access to my MS excel, word, etc files. I have tried the online support numerous times but it consistently responds that it cannot help me. There’s no recourse that I can find, and I have looked! So frustrating! I can’t access needed files.Open to thoughts from others who may have succeeded where I am failing. Maybe MS might actually read its reviews. Is that wishful thinking? The date is actually last week but I can’t remember the exact date.

Horrible Customer Service!

"I’ve had a Microsoft 365 account for $6.99 a month since 2015 without any issues. Recently, I stopped using a business credit card, and Microsoft started charging me twice a month, each time for $32. I’ve tried multiple times to resolve this by chatting with agents and even had a manager call me. He promised that another department would contact me within 24 hours, but nothing happened. Now, I have five $32 charges. I’ve even unsubscribed from Microsoft 365 in hopes of stopping these charges, but the issue is still unresolved. Microsoft’s customer service has been terrible, and this entire experience has been incredibly frustrating!"
