I think Microsoft ought to check the meaning of the term perpetual before selling perpetual licenses because it’s a scam! I bought a perpetual license for office which they claim to no longer support now so it’s become useless. Absolutely appalling.
Terrible company to deal with from start to finish. Bought a microsoft surface 9 pro plus accessories from Microsoft directly, never again. Firstly delivery was a shambles - instead of sending everything in one package (like Amazon would do), they sent out 3 separate packages and managed to not deliver the computer itself.Then having paid for extended warranty, device isn't registered and you can't do it online.Then you try to get back to Microsoft Support - it just takes you round in circles, aimed to make sure you can never get anywhere..only way is to go via sales when (surprise surprise) they are suddenly happy to chat with you.Hours on multiples chats on 3 occasions, sent them order invoice multiple times, and they have still not attached the warranty (for which I paid an extra £300+) to the device - should be a couple of mouse clicks to do. You would have thought microsoft would be pretty good at software issues...they are totally hopeless.Will never deal with these muppets again.
Your computer is your living room. And Microsoft is coming in uninvited. Microsoft keeps nagging me that I should upgrade to the inferior Windows 11. I've had Windows 11. It sucked. I changed it back to Windows 10. But that doesn't stop Microsoft from occasionally pushing me to switch to 11. Get out of my computer!!

Microsoft Solitaire Collection and Casual Games. I have played every day, and completed every game for the last 5 and a quarter years. Now I cannot log in; nor can I answer the security questions about recent emails sent and received as I have never used this account for that purpose. RIDICULOUS.
