Ticket #‎2311100050000971

Ticket #‎2311100050000971For anyone that is interested I can substantiate with evidence everything I outline below. Unfortunately it is all true and not exaggerated.I have spent a month, more than 10 phone calls, 2 different agents, 42 emails and nearly 5 hours on the phone to resolve an issue with my email archive. I don't want to spend this much time on my email archive. But I have too, because otherwise I will need to spend (keep spending) every morning identifying emails I only sort-of-need and deleting them, in order for my customers to email me. We receive 120,000 emails a year.I have changed archive policies three times with the agent on the phone, ran multiple powershell commands, un-linked and re-linked the archive 4 times with the agent on the phone. Each time he takes the information, goes to the 'technical team' who respond and say something in my account is misconfigured and I need to start the whole process again (delete and re-create the archive policy, run powershell, unlink and re-link archive, do it on mac, do it on windows, one more time, try it again).A month on, and the response is still 'lets just try one more time, dot the i's and cross the t's'. I am sick and tired of it. I have a computer science degree, this is not user error. I should have instead spent my time making my own email client - I might have been done already. You have a genuine bug that you need to fix. But you are too profit focussed to assign any real engineers to it.Because of Microsoft's monopolistic position, I have to be subject to the worst customer service in the universe. I dont know if Bill Gates did this on purpose in the pursuit of profit, or if the company has just atrophied over time.My only recourse is to write reviews like this and to tweet about it. It might mean someone looks into it, it might not, but I will keep writing them anyway in the hope that someone might hear me.

Don't use Microsoft Rewards

I spent weeks earning points on Microsoft Rewards, I have 3,000 points but to redeem it, I have to add a phone number! They already have my email! Why can't they send me an email?! It also says that mobile fees MAY apply, so if I did get charged, the money would be enough to buy me DOUBLE what I want to get on Microsoft Rewards!!! Also, people have been saying the codes don't even work!

Why do you not test the AMD Driver on…

Why do you not test the AMD Driver on Version Windows 11 23H2 who you install us automatic?? We get always Bluescreen of death. If i deinstall the driver then i get not any BSOD. After 3 crashes, i get then from you an HDD stop in the MBR that Windows wont drive up anymore. I am very lucky that I know the cmd and can set your Softwareblock out of craft with the REPAIRSTICK. Other people who not know the cmd-command must always install from new, what take weeks. I think you even integrate some security KI in Windows Defender if we not activate all saveoptions in Defender then we get even Automatic-Pcblocks. So i get here always BSOD-crashes over years and that not any good Points. In Feedbackhub you get blocked since many years. And a not so fine mailconversation with an XBoxworker for a view Points in Solitair get me many years now a Communitydiscussban, because i tell him that i think he dont want understand, if he write me 10 mails what i mean, and i must him 10 times explain the same, so i think i will never in my Live trust XBox and buy an XPass, never more. My Cyberghostvpn drive not start up in the new version and you cant open or reinstall it. I pay it, so i want to use it for my personal safeness on my Browser, i dont want to buy the much more expensive VPN from Mozilla or Opera if this is your big goal to get more customers for this browsercompanys, but not with me, i get back to the old version who i can use, my own bought VPN. Cyberghost get clear blocked from the install, the install pop up for a moment and shut then without install very quick down. I think it is for a buissnessreason in the driverblocklist from Defender, but its not Christmas for Firefox or Operavpn. Its so easy to understand your game.

A Frustrating Encounter with Microsoft Ads and the Pursuit of Alternatives"

This illustrates how major corporations prioritize profits over customer satisfaction. Their focus seems to be on extracting as much money from customers as possible, rather than delivering value. Large entities like Microsoft may perceive themselves as invincible, yet they tend to overlook the fact that without public support, they can falter. In my experience using Microsoft ads for my business, I exclusively worked with a Microsoft ads manager to set up campaigns. However, my account was unexpectedly banned for a supposed serious violation, despite my adherence to Microsoft's guidance. When seeking clarification on the nature of the violation, I encountered a frustrating lack of answers. It appears that Microsoft's internal communication is lacking, leaving customers in the dark about alleged offenses.Microsoft, being just one avenue for advertising, should recognize that there are alternative platforms. I am disillusioned by the dysfunctionality of their company, which seems to prioritize self-interest at the expense of the time and money invested by the public. Consequently, I have decided to explore other advertising options and will not consider Microsoft for future endeavors.

Garbage Company

As years pass, this company keeps deteriorating by becoming worse and worse. They're at their lowest level in their history right now under the rule of Satya Nadella.Don't even know where to start from...Windows 11 is a castrated version of Windows 10. Not only we see some stupid hardware requirements for it, but folks in Microsoft mainly focused to remove as much features as possible instead of putting something new. Seems like they ran out of innovative ideas. So, in Windows 11 we have a castrated Start menu which you can't resize, can't use live tiles and looks less productive than Windows 10's start. Situation with Taskbar is even worse. You can't change position of it anymore. Here Microsoft decided to copy design from Apple's Mac by putting taskbar icons in the center by default because Microsoft is great at stealing someone else's ideas. Taskbar settings also lack 'small icons" feature, so if you were using small taskbar icons in Windows 10, good luck trying to do same in Windows 11! They also removed seconds in clock. Worst part in all their actions is that, they don't give you option to have those features. They just removed them. Maybe I need seconds in clock? Maybe I need to have taller or wider start? Or maybe I need taskbar small? It's just "either do our way, either screw you". That's their basic politics nowadays. Bumpkins in Microsoft also made it very hard for you to change browser to something else than their bloated Edge browser. Mail app has been replaced with new "Outlook" app which is worst version of any Outlook out there. We can see ads in Inbox that look like email and you can't add your exchange/365 paid account into this new Outlook anymore if license is only basic. However you can add Gmail or iCloud. How dumb this sounds? And if you close Outlook app instead of minimizing it, you don't get any notifications at all unlike their mail app they had in Windows 10.Also whatever this company bought they just ruined and killed it. Skype is a good example of that. It was one of the popular chat programs. Jealous Microsoft bought it and then killed it. Now they replaced it with Teams which is far worse and no one uses it.They had a chance in mobile market too, but they messed up there too. Basically whatever Microsoft touches it dies.Microsoft is weakest & crappiest tech giant among others. They never make anything innovative, never make anything worth to use and whatever they make are twice more expensive than other companies. Clear example is OneDrive where Microsoft gives you 5GB storage for free, while generous Google gives you 15GB for free.Worst part about this moronic company is that, they're very pushy and aggresive and if you don't force them to step back and stop, they will continue forcing you their things.I hope one day Google completely buys this incompetent company or just kills it with superior products. I really wish a good luck to Google to do this.

Is change for change sake a good idea ?

Why the H E double stix did MicroSoft change the way you save things...it does NOT have the same flexibility when you SAVE A COPY as it did when you SAVE AS since you could then browse and save to different folders if you wanted to...it seems like another attempt to get you to save things to the CLOUD which they regularly try to trick you into doing...not well thought out and Excel seems to be going backwards on functionality but full steam ahead on pricing.

Microsoft doesn’t care about their customers!!!

Played throughout the night and left the room for about 15 min. Started to smell smoke and ran back to the living room to see my Xbox on fire due to the unit's electrical failure. Contacted Xbox and Microsoft - was promised a new unit sent to my home without having to send in the damaged console! What a great customer service, I thought! So I threw the damaged console away (why should I keep hazardous waste) and waited for a new Xbox! It never arrived though and after a few days I contacted customer service again - you don't get a a new console if you don't send in the damaged one they say, haha!Been a customer with them for 15 years, if not more. Owned every single console they have released and supported them no matter what and this is how they treat a customer! Very unprofessional and disrespectful! Contacted them again the other day, if they don't do anything I will sue them.

Up dates are messing with my computer.

Why does Microsoft keep messing with my computer with updates I do not want. I wish they would not. I have tried to contact them but got stuck as I could not solve their stupid puzzle to show I am not a robot. I am not even AI. Computer illiterate, yes.
