Unauthorised recurring charge impossible to remove my own card details. " We can't it's linked to a subscription" . No, my details, don't want them being used cancel the subscription that I don't recall signing for and remove my card ! All ai chatbots impossible to speak to a human.

Known Microsoft issue has caused me to lose 35 hours of gameplay that doesn't sound like much but I just don't want to play the game over again so I am down £60 for a game that is now useless to me what will Microsoft do about it absolutely nothing this is across the board checkout the hundred of related reviews for baldurs gate 3 on xbox. Microsoft are all about money & give zero care for its customers I absolutely abhore Microsoft

OWE ME COMPENSATION FOR FRAUD & HAVE NOT PAID#:34765772 OWE ME COMPENSATION FOR FRAUD & HAVE NOT PAID ME EVEN THOUGH AGREED FEB 23I experienced fraud at the hands of Microsoft for 9 months from May 22 to Feb 23. It was dealt with in such an inept manner that the fraud was allowed to continue for longer than it should ever have been able to. Manohar who dealt with the issue was beyond incompetent. This was recognised by Microsoft and once the fraud was resolved by the Escalations Team I was offered £1,000 compensation in February 2023. I have still not received this money!!! I have chased on numerous occasions and even copied S Nadella in to emails but still this continues on. During the process of experiencing fraud I was undergoing cancer treatments and the inept approach by Microsoft certainly exacerbated the whole scenario. Please pay my compensation so I can finally draw a close to this matter!!!!

Bing and Edge

While Edge and Bing may be accepted by many (they are impossible to get completely rid of) I do not think it is positive that a company press a browser (which can be omitted by just not using it until Bing take over) and a search engine (which now and then pops up even if never wanted), down on users on the paid for operation system.If anybody know how to get rid of these to pests, please, please inform us, not so knowledgeable users how to not having use of computers interrupted by an intruding search engine that actually, with no great success, does nothing else than trying to promote its own existence.

I was hacked and my details were compromised

First of all i would really like to thank Kevin Xavier for his support and patience in helping my problem. I was hacked by a group of hackers and several ip addresses were accessing into my account which the hackers were using to sign into my account. I followed his instructions, completed a virtual transaction to secure my account details and made my network and devices safe again. I am really happy that i am not compromised anymore and i can do whatever i want on my devices without worrying. Thanks to kevin for his support and service to fix my computer and the cell phone from the hackers. i am 64 year old widow so you can guess computers are not my cup of tea but he was so helpful in explaining to me all the details.With regardsRobert

Microsoft is complete garbage

Microsoft is complete garbage. They think they own your computer. An update changed all my settings, and I drove to an all-night coffee shop for a huge work project, and my freaking mouse didn't even work. Their new garbage was all over my computer. They should have just left a smoking gun. I ended up doing a System Restore from MS-DOS, and the oldest option was 3 days ago, so hours wasted for nothing. Still no mouse. I am furious and my next upgrade I'm going all Apple. Worst. Company. Ever.
