Worst company and software

Worst company and software! Windows has been a bug-ridden mess for decades requiring countless hours for maintenance, reinstallation, viruses, etc. Updates often cause major issues. I spent a whole day reinstalling and repairing Win11 again (all other rescues failed) due to another bad update. I switched to Chromebooks years ago and never looked back. Unfortunately, I need 1 program that only runs on Win.

My hotmail account was suspended…

My hotmail account was suspended without reason. I have tried numerous times to retrieve it but i keep getting told i have not given them enough information even though i filled in the form and gave the information asked for. I even phoned but it solved nothing. I'm a pensioner and not technically minded so where do i go from here. If someone could help me i'd be very grateful !!

was using zwift app today, on an iphone it never crashes, on a windows 11 it disconnected sensors several times, then crashed after 2 hours, most unreliable software on the market, now Im sure going to sell the laptop

The company no longer has any customer…

The company no longer has any customer engagement. The are too big to bother with customers' problems. Account recovery is clearly hugely problematic. I was considering a new pc but this means using MS [I am not interested in more esoteric operating systems] so Apple is the only choice. They can be irritating but at least there have customer support which Microsoft does not.

I have been a Microsoft user for more…

I have been a Microsoft user for more than 10 years. And December 27th, 13 days after paying a year family 365 subscription, Microsoft locked my account for violation of services agreement. I went through all documents and can safely say that I didn't do anything from what is described there as violation. Took a month and dozens of useless conversations. And guess what? No explanations, no refunds and all personal and business data are gone! Just emailed me we won't negotiate, admit it, bye.

Let fraudulent activity using my money…

Let fraudulent activity using my money from my bank account with my name not the same name as the Microsoft Xbox account which stole £1000 from my account to pay for 50 separate perchases for Microsoft Xbox things without any question or verification not being the same name as the Xbox account holders details yet they were able to empty the entire content of my account £1000 for 50 separate spends over the space of 4 hours time over night while I was asleep but there was 0 double checking on the fact it wasn't me or mine then cheekly sent me a news letter for the fraudulent account holders account name attached to it the cheek yet I've still not received anything from either engage bank or Microsoft Xbox both batting the blame on each other while I'm in the middle with no money or emergency funds with bad mental health problems which has caused me suicidal thoughts being left high and dry on my own
