Locked Out with No Way In

Been locked out my my email account, only way I can regain access is via a recovery form which I have filled out multiple times with all the correct details and everytime I am denied access. I have spoke to someone today Via a live chat, he was absolutely no help! Said filling that form correctly was the only way to recover my account. No security questions on the form that only you would know, and only 2 attempts to recover your account everyday. Also have to provide email addresses and subjects for emails you have sent out! I haven’t sent any emails and the couple I have, how do I know the email and subject if I have been locked out of my account!! I’m all for privacy and security but this is too far, being locked out of your own account and only being able to gain access if you get the questions correct and you use the same device in the same location you’ve used before. What happens if you’ve moved or got a new device?? Absolutely ridiculous!!

Redeeming Points Major Issue

I have tried redeeming 1,500 points from Microsoft Rewards but the code was invalid. Then I said maybe it is a mistake so I tried again... Same thing code invalid, I spent 3,000K points on literally nothing. Doesnt operate and it is a scam.

Microsoft doesn't care about customers

Turn on my Xbox to a call of duty modern warfare 3 advert, which I have to close to do anything. I pay £12.99 a month the least you'd expect is no ads, especially all over your dashboard and now unavoidable ones when I open the console. It's honestly getting pathetic all the terrible unfinished game releases and now I'm getting literal pop up ads, what has Microsoft become? I've supported it and paid for 10+ years but I give up and I think everyone else should too.

To me, Microsoft is UNETHICAL!

I imagine that once Microsoft reads this review, I will have problems with my computer AGAIN! GOD FORBID that anyone complain about Microsoft!I LOVE GOOGLE and GOOGLE CHROME! I don't like the way Microsoft operates. Microsoft IS UNETHICAL, with NO "moral foundation!" I am a non-techy and so many times I have spent HOURS trying to get MY GOOGLE up and running again. It seems that Microsoft wants you to ONLY USE "their search and their features, etc." I DO NOT WANT to use Microsoft since I DON'T TRUST Microsoft as they are sneaky and they "TRY to DEFEAT" Google! Recently, as Microsoft "tried" to FORCE ME to use their features by bombarding me with everything they could, I lost my bookmarks and almost my whole desktop! I got MY GOOGLE back and the next day, Google got my bookmarks and desktop for me! TY!!!Because of this, I WILL NEVER buy another PC that has Microsoft on it!

Threatening emails because I haven't paid my one week old OneDrive account. The only problem is when a viable alternative comes I'll leave and then you won't have to worry about my account.

Purposefully difficult

Microsoft purposefully makes it difficult to cancel a subscription and delete an account. I had to talk to three different people at customer support I relation to cancelling my subscription.They are too big to fail.
