I've really come to dislike their practices.They took a great OS, and wanted it to work with tablets... then they realised that was stupid, and spent 8 years trying to release the same OS they had before that.. which is fine, except, now we have Windows 11, and they want to force their users to have above a certain CPU model, and a TPM2.0 chip.. Get outta here with that crap, that's the sort of nonsense I expect from Apple!!!

So they block my account for Xbox and emails, ask me to prove who I am, I do so, only for them to say that it was not enough so they will continue to block it to protect me. Oh and by the way, NO customer service number to resolve this. Truly shambolic company. If I was you, buy Sony PS5 and Mac, don’t waste your time with this shitshow.

No way to actually speak to someone

And I'm still waiting for my problem to be resolved! Now the 7th November!Had my email locked from Friday 20th Oct, sent necessary form off, still not had a response! Tried to contact via FB got fobbed off with no help. Can't access tickets I purchased for an event today so have lost money. Can't find anyway to actually speak to someone one via online chat or anything else! For a multi billion company, customer support is abysmal

Worst of the worst

Worst of the worst. Monopolistic behaviour.I purchased a windows 10 license six years ago.That should mean I get to use win 10 as I see fit.Yet Microsoft keeps taking over my computer and installing its bloatware such as edge, which took up gigabytes of my disk space. I can't remove them. Even if I managed to with some workarounds, they kept coming back.

Microsoft is a greedy corporate company who's only interest is there own they don't care about the customer so long as they get your money, game pass is a joke with so many indie games and the same titles every month no wonder so many have left including myself.

Everytime I try to sign in to play a childish game with my brother I have to reset every password under the sun which involves security questions, password resets, most of which have to be done multiple times because of a multi due of Microsoft incompetent errors - you’re a joke - you waste countless hours of my life when I just want to play a freaking game. Sort your god damn act out you waste of space company

Lazy and ignorant company with no customer service

Blocked my reward account without informing me, after I went on holiday for a few days and earned reward points (allowed in their T's and C's). Customer services responded with generic answers, refused to help or answer my questions, then ignored my further messages. Greedy company, with ignorant, incompetent and rude staff. I will never use Microsoft browsers or products again.

Microsot split my accounts and refused to speak to me

I had two emails associated with my MS account, but without informing me, Microsoft has split these accounts into two separate ones. This means my subscriptions are now split between two accounts, and I just paid for an eye-watering 12 month subscription to game pass that I now cannot use.To make matters worse - there is no way to get in touch with anyone to get assistance and correct their mistake. I am now £100 out of pocket and can't reach anyone to fix this. Every effort I have made to get in contact is redirected to a useless support page or to a brain-dead chatbot that can barely muster a response.Splitting my account without telling me is bad enough, but there is no excuse, whatsoever, to have a customer service team that is so difficult to reach. This is clearly a malicious business practice - if we can't reach anyone for assistance then MS doesn't have to fix their mistakes and cough up the money they scam people out of.
