This has to be the worst jewellers ever, over the years I have spent thousands of pounds in here, the biggest ever mistake though is when I put an expensive ring in to be altered. They damaged the Emerald beyond repair and basically washed their hands of it. Despite months of empty promises of how they would replace the stone they damaged nothing was ever done. NEVER will I spend another penny in any of their shops. At best their jewellers are incompetent, at worst they just don’t care

I saw a ring that I wanted (certainly not needed!)The staff were patient with me as I tried to decide which of the 2 similar rings I wanted. Eventually I chose the slightly more expensive one, that also needed resizing. This was done within the price, and I was able to collect the ring 2 days later.I got a certified diamond and platinum ring from a leading jeweller-David M Robinson-for more than 50% less than it would cost to buy new. I don't think I'll ever buy new jewellery again!!!!
