Bought two rings from Miltons Chester at an excellent price and couldn't be more pleased. The staff were friendly, very patient and not at all pushy. We deliberated over a couple of days and they were happy to set the items aside in their safe until we had decided one way or the other. Special thanks to Becky and her male colleague in particular (apologies, can't remember his name) who were just great. Once we had decided to proceed to purchase Miltons took care of the required re-sizings very quickly and at no extra cost. The complementary bottle of Champagne we were given when we collected our items was the perfect finishing touch! A fantastic experience all round and would have no hesitation in recommending Miltons. We will be back.
