If you scroll down you’ll realise that all the “people “ who has given this app a high score have only made one review on trustpilot. Those who made a bad review have made several and you can only assume that they are real people and the others are fake. Why is the company making fake reviews?! Must be a scam app!!!!
My experience with the MindWay app has been extremely frustrating. I signed up for the offer for one month, payed for the service, but was never able to access it. Although I never agreed to it, they kept charging money the following months. When I reached out to customer support, they refused to issue a refund, citing their policy on digital products. This is concerning, as their system logs should clearly show that I never accessed the service.To make matters worse, the monthly fee for MindWay is unreasonably expensive. Given the lack of access and the refusal to refund, this service by all measures appears to be a scam.Even though they finally claimed to have canceled my subscription, I feel cheated out of my money for a service I never received. I strongly advise others to avoid MindWay.
I downloaded the app and it showed only script. I could not use it. I received emails offering me a personal plan at a discounted price. I assumed this meant I had not committed to anything beyond the initial purchase of the App which I could not use. Like others a month later having never used the App or downloaded any plan they charged me again. I asked for a refund and they have refused and been unpleasant with it. They have made my mental health worse.Please could your reply to this addition include your company name and address so I can send the payment details to you. I am not sure putting them in a public forum is a good idea.
Unfortunately it's impossible to rate less than zero.I would advise anybody who has any form of mental health difficulties to avoid this company.I, like many others on here, decided to go for a 1 month plan, which turns out is just the cost to download the app by the way, everything else is extra, something that of course was an immediate red flag for me.I've barely used the "service" if you can call it that in this time.As others have stated there is no mention of any recurring payment and nothing in my information tab on the app to show I'm part of any payment plan.Yet, here I am with a £24 payment having been taken, unauthorised from my account. I emailed to make a request for an immediate refund and to cancel my none existent subscription and received the following response."Hello, Thank you for your email.We have successfully canceled your subscription. However, I'm afraid that issuing refunds is not something that I can do. I have directed your email to a senior customer support specialist who will investigate your refund request. They will answer you within 3 business days with a decision. Let me know if there's anything else I can assist you with. --Best wishes,Kate NielsenJunior Support Specialist"A quick Google definition will tell you what fraud is. Avoid. Your mental health will suffer as a result of these scammers.
Wish I had read these reviews. I signed up to a 7 day plan , they Took £24:50 after this period. I did not agree to any such subscription and there is no evidence I did. No subscription on any account, loads of e mails offering me ridiculous discounts and then they just took the money. They are refusing to refund me .Do not sign up to this app. Please read all of the reviews on here I cannot reply on this site so have edited this response to the Mindway response below. I have reached out 3 times to you and have been told all sales are final. You are not transparent in any way! You are not willing to help at all!Please do not use this site.
Stopped using it after a day as it is absolutely rubbish, just articles which are incredibly basic and somewhere to record how you're feeling, which I can do on a notebook!Anyway they are refusing to refund me after taking more money out of my bank!!Save your money and do not use this app!
