Do not download this app… woke up to a subscription charge of £24 with no notification that I was in a subscription - not in my Apple list so couldn’t even cancel there if I had known about it (aside from this, the app itself is rubbish, generic advice). Free to download but ask for your card details when signing up so that they can charge you as they wish. I disputed this and they will not refund me - so unethical.
If you select the 7 day package they charge you for an ongoing subscription without your agreement. Despite contacting customer service they have refused to give me my money back.Absolutely disgusting company - my mental health is already at rock bottom and I barely have any money as it is. Paid for a 3 month trial with Mindway. It may help other people, but for me the app was a lot of rubbish. Better help on the internet for free to be honest. No correspondence from the company and 3 months later they charge me nearly £42 on my credit card.No email to pre warn that this is happening. Contacted Mindway and they cancelled my account but can’t refund the money as apparently digital product are non-refundable.I will be reporting this company to be investigated as like other reviews state they pry on people to get their money with a pathetic product.
SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! Beware!! They will continue to automatically charge a monthly subscription with no disclosure and no authorization. You will pay for a 1 month plan to try the app (which is crap by the way), and then you’ll randomly start getting charged money every month. DO NOT purchase!!! Read the other reviews with this same issue!!!
Pathetic excuse of a company who steal your money and keep your card details without permission. I signed up for a month and had no email or any kind of communication to ask for my personal info to be kept. If I’d wanted more than a month or wanted a subscription I’d have selected that option. Company has no terms and conditions and you have no way of knowing you’re even in a subscription until you see a payment flash up on your phone screen which you haven’t even authorised. Do not purchase anything from this company - they are a bunch of fraudsters who steal money off people and refuse to refund you when you challenge them. I will be reporting them to the authorities and hopefully if enough people do the same, they will be closed down once and for all. Pity, because the actual concept of the app is good!
Sharing the same review I provided from the Google Play app store:Beware of SCAM I signed up for a Black Friday 7-Day plan for that was discounted to $6.93 to try out the app. As of today (12/6), I just had a second charge to my credit card for $31.00 from Mindway that I did not authorize. Not sure what is going but I will email the support alias: hellp@ mindway.app for assistance, but thought I would alert everyone. Don't sign up!As a follow up, the support team says they cannot issues any refunds. I have canceled my account, and also reported to my credit card. DO NOT SIGN UP
I have tried cancelling my subscription multiple times but I’ve had no response I’ve now been charged £24.50. When I try to email hellomindway.app I can an email back saying email not sent incorrect address, customer service is a joke and the whole thing is a con.
SCAM!! I purchased the free trail for the Mindway app last September. After that, I immediately cancelled the subscription in the subscriptions settings of my iPhone. I have proof of the cancellation of the subscription in my e-mail and Apple account.Somehow, this morning an automatic transaction of 31 USD from my bank account right now (November) from Mindway. On top of that, Mindway also withdrew 31 USD in October which I just noticed. No responses from the customer contact yet.
