Wish I read the reviews before I downloaded this app. Don't even remember subscribing & now I realise why! They have taken over £100 from me since April without me realising. Take advantage of people in vulnerable situations which is ironic seeing as this app is meant to help mindset & be all about Wellness. I will be taking this further with my bank & I will be telling everyone not to get scammed like I did. I don't know how people working for company's like this can sleep at night. Disgraceful! Have contacted them & been refused a refund like other people commenting on here. I will be taking this further though
I have the same bad experiences as other people mentioned here. The app itself offers very limited and not very usefull features.But worst thing about this company is they unexpectedly charged money from my account without a notification up front. I thought I signed up for a 3 month period, not for a auto-renewable subscription. In very small letters somewhere hidden on the payment page, it does say that it is a subscription and you need to cancel it yourself. This is very misleading, you can very well call this way of working a scam.Also, there is no way to end the unwanted subscription in google play / app store or on their website. You have to contact their support to get it fixed. And they won't refund the money they charged.
SCAMMERS! Avoid this company DO NOT purchase the app. I purchased a 1 month only plan, Mindway continued to charge me after this plan ended and refused to give me a refund. Also the fact that they have setup a subscription process which you cant cancelled in app or online but by only emailed them. They've clearly done this to catch people out and take their money!!
They steal money from people. Even if you don’t subscribe they will steal from you 5 weeks later. I just read other reviews. They steal from everyone and talk about transparency! O bought one month plan, got charged for I don’t even know what. Someone has to stop them from stealing from people!
I have emailed mindway email address countless times and yet they fail to reply and justify how they're hidden charges do not align with their business values and are very unethical, after I reported a charge that was not communicated nor made transparent. You've already I requested on here I email the mindway 'help' email address for help and yet no reply ... so what now? I am really looking forward to your response.
