Review Time
Placed my order and paid in full and never received it. Tracking showed my order was still in customs a month after it was to be delivered to me. Customer service was useless, states it is not their responsibility once it is shipped. Even though you could clearly see I did not receive my order they would not refund me or send me a replacement. Horrible customer service will never use them or even recommend them to anyone in the future.
Seis embalagens de comida chegaram rasgadas e/ou muito amassadas. A Miscota recusou-se a fazer o reembolso ou responsabilizar-se pela troca de todas as embalagens violadas, dizendo que a comida pode ser consumida na mesma, o que revela desconhecimento das boas práticas de segurança alimentar.
I am completely blown away by the contrast between Miscota's customer service and other companies. I found it to be very prompt, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about its products. Really impressive and highlights other companies' failings in this regard. Can't recommend Miscota too highly.
I asked the customer service how long does the shipping take to China and he said 5-12 days. Then I put my order on March 23, and it has been in the transit to destination country status since March 31. Now it is May 9th!!! I contacted with the customer service two weeks ago to ask them where is my order, and they said they would let me know after the shipping company's investigation. It has been two weeks and I haven't heard anything back from them. And I couldn't get the refund. This online shopping experience is the worst ever. This is my first time shopping with Miscota and will be my last time as well.
Paid over 6 euro for delivery within 3-4 days...it's been over 2 weeks and the product isn't even in my COUNTRY yet. No invoice given after my purchase and was treated rudely when I corresponded with them. Insisting I was at fault somehow for not getting it. 14 email exchanges to get it!! How about the "Yoga Guarantee" they offer for 3 euro for an "order without complications". Do you believe it? To pay extra for something that is normally called customer service?!?! That should have been my first clue as to the horrible business practices these clowns employ. I am on a mission to warn pet owners everywhere about this company.
