Review Time
Website was misleading stating Miscota Canada. I ordered a pond pump that offered very competitive pricing that arrived with a European plug that would not work in Canada After digging through their website I then determined the company operated out of Spain/Portugal. I purchased a 50.00 US converter but the pump failed to work. Shipping costs to return the pump to Portugal were astronomical. I asked them to compensate me for half the price of the pump. They declined so I am out the money for the pump and have a converter that is useless to me. Had the website not been so misleading I would have purchased from Amazon who is truly a customer service company.. I would NOT recommend Miscota and BEWARE their misleading website
I ordered an item, received it but was too big, so I returned it per their instructions with postage confirmations & tracking. Corroeos (Spanish mail company) tried delivering my return but no one was there to receive it. I sent numerous emails stating this, and asked them to arrange a re delivery but nothing, no one would help. It is still sitting at their local mail company post office awaiting collection. Iam out of pocket. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
If you live in the United States, I don't recommend you purchase their products because they have a two week return policy and you won't get the product until the two-week period is expired. I ordered a Sureflap microchip cat/small dog door and the next day my wife got back from out of town and said she didn't want it, so I canceled the order via email the next day. Miscota didn't respond to my email but I just assumed they cancelled my order, but then I got the microchip door about two weeks later and contacted customer service and they said they had a two week return policy and it was too late to return it, yet I canceled the order the very next day and I know they already sent the cat/small dog door out but that should count for cancelling within the two-week time frame not to mention they should have a longer time frame to return an order and I told them I would put a bad review but they didn't care and said go ahead put a bad review we did nothing wrong, so they are kind in words but not in action, in other words they are not customer friendly, they could have avoided this bad review by simply acknowledging I contacted them the next day via email and respect that and let me return their product and give me my money back and I’m still willing to turn around and write a good review if they reconsider and let me return their product and give me my money back, but if they don't want to keep good reviews then that's their choice, have a good day!
Some items of my order is out of stock. The service team is clear what items is out of stock and inform expected date that items are filled in inventory and could be shipped out. They have quick respond, clear issue and provide the commitment
