I ordered an aquarium pump. I was very happy with the fast delivery. After the pump was delivered I noted that the connection was for European electric system (220 volt). I am living in Canada and can't use this pump. When I connected with customer service I was informed that the pump came from Spain, no other information was offered. Well, that did not help, sending the pump back costs me almost as much as the pump, installing a new electric wire will even cost more and there is no adapter available (I talked to our electrician). So I am sitting her and have to buy another pump. I am very upset.
I received only part of the order. After informing the supplier he reacted immediately and informrd me how the the goods were shipped and requested me to wait for some days awaiting if the remaining part of the order should be received. After three days i received the remaining part.
The site was easy to navigate, my purchase came even before the dead line, everything would’ve been really excellent if it wasn’t for the BLACKFRIDAY add, which said if i did purchase over some amount, i would have a discount of 10%. I did buy more than i actually needed so i could qualify for the discount. And i made the purchase, only to later realize I never got my discount and paid in full for all the products. So i feel cheated by them.
