Only refunded half of what I returned, despite the parcel being unopened, I returned it as it arrived. Now it’s under going “investigation”, this is completely out of order. I expect to receive my refund for the trousers immediately. They keep fobbing me off asking to wait another 5 working days, this is totally unacceptable. Will never order from here again.Order ref 6792518
Went suit shopping for my wedding and had the best suit shopping experience possible. Nabeel and Saidu were such a big help, they gave perfect recommendations and were able to tailor it to my specific look. Even after my first tailoring, they suggested that I should make the sleeves longer which they did for me. 100% satisfied and could not be more grateful. I will be shopping at Moss in Crawley for all my suits going forward. Thank you.
Great products, decently priced but God, their customer service is worst than your worst ex-girlfriend. Their web customer support dodges all questions and doesn't respond to emails. Their phone customer service will say one thing, you call another time, someone else says something else.
Excellent service from Oliver @The Trafford Centre store. My husband purchased a suit for a family wedding and it needed altering. He was excellent at sorting out where it needed to be altered and recognised me as soon as we went back in 5 days later! Cannot fault the service and the suit is really nice
