Great shopping experience at the Preston store. James Cross was absolutely fantastic, super helpful, respectful and natural with it.Came here after unpleasant / unsuccessful attempts at a number of well-known high street names, and the difference was night & day. Will be heading here first in future for sure!
Usually I have no problem with moss but recently I had purchased a suit and had it ready for store collection. I got to the store and only the blazer had arrived and the trousers were missing. I had contacted customer service and kept being told in 2 days I will receive an update and never did. This went for almost a month and was just constantly me contacting again and explaining the situation all over again. I had contacted a few days ago and they have finally given a refund however overall experience was poor as it was an error on their end and took almost a month to resolve.

The shirt was packed and looked fine in the store, but when I unpacked it at home, I was shocked to find that it was worn with visible dirt marks around the cuffs and collar.What's even more disappointing is the lack of customer care I received when I called to report the issue. With a wedding to attend and no time to find an alternative, I explained my situation to the customer service team, hoping for some understanding or assistance. Instead, I was met with indifference and no offer of compensation or discount.Given the distance I had to travel to the store (a 30-minute drive), I expected a more satisfactory response. Unfortunately, this experience has left a sour taste, and I wouldn't recommend Moss Bros Milton Keynes to anyone.*Improvement Suggestions:*- Quality control checks on merchandise before sale- Empathetic customer service that acknowledges customer inconvenience- Consideration for compensation or discounts in cases of faulty or substandard productsUntil these issues are addressed, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
Moss bross horrible place rude stuff.After they promise to resolve my problem this morning’s delivery left me stunned. The trousers sent are not mine—they are a size 38R, while my Moss Bros size has always been 36R. This is the second major mistake in this matter, and it is completely unacceptable.This repeated carelessness shows a serious lack of attention to detail and respect for your customers. The person responsible for sending the wrong item must be held accountable, and I expect this to be corrected immediately.Again I never recommend moss or bross to anyone avoid the name and place.
I tried on a trouser and waistcoat in store but they did not have my size waistcoat so I asked the lady In store who was really helpful to order me the size larger.She said her system would not work so I had to order it at home. I ordered Saturday night and paid but by Sunday they emailed to say they had no waistcoat in the larger size but had dispatched the matching trousers. I cancelled first thing Monday so they did not send the trousers out. After 3 weeks they had not refunded me my money so I called them and they made up some silly reason that they had not had the item back even though I never received it.Finally they agreed to a refund and sent me 137 pounds but I paid 144.95 including delivery.Please check you receipts from this store and track your refunds. I bought a 3 piece suit from the York shop where the service was excellent. As they didn’t have my size they arranged for it to be sent to me. Unfortunately when it arrived it was dirty and totally unfit to wear. I contacted them online and they agreed to refund me when I returned the suit. However they said there was a postage charge to return it but if this was deducted from my refund they would reimburse this as well. However my refund did have the deduction and despite several emails to the same email address Moss are now ignoring my emails and have not refunded the postage. This is the first time I have bought from them and is very likely the last.
Ordered a suit paid extra never arrived , they told me to cancel and get it from stores and only 2 stores have it in stock and all i asked was to bring those from that store to me yet moss could not do it wasted my time and i have a flight and a wedding to attend will never think of moss again. Trust me guys dont go for this they will mess u up and wont offer any help
Went into the Rushden Lakes store today to look into getting some linen trousers and matching waistcoat. Grant in the store was exceptionally helpful, particularly as I needed to have these items tailormaid for an event, due to my height of 6’6” and 52” chest. Grant was very knowledgeable about fit, materials etc. Best customer experience I’ve had in a while.
