We have had two fantastic experiences here, firstly when we were buying a suit for our wedding and due to the professionalism of Saidy the the good quality of the suit we decided to come back again for a replacement work suit. Saidy has served us on both occasions and honestly we wouldn't go anywhere else.
Be careful buying anything, as they seem to drop prices daily, erratically. I purchased something in the sale and the next day they dropped the price by £30. As I have worn it I cant return it (they said on a message) nor can I exchange for the price.Leaves a bad aftertaste.
Absolutely shocking service from moss!! Refused to refund me on a a £70+ shirt that evri left on a door stop, The service is abismol! To refuse a refund on a parcel that the carrier left on someone’s doorstop is shocking. I’ve told so many people about this and i will continue to post this till the kingdom comes…. You jokers!!
Absolutely super service from Dev and Laura at the MacArthur Glen Mansfield store. I needed a new suit for a social occasion but didn't want to simply buy off the peg at a mass market store. I wanted professional advice from people who could not only ensure I was fitted correctly, but could advise on what would actually suit me personally. I'm now kitted out, the suit looks great and was reasonably priced. I'm way more than happy. You can often see the difference between someone who's simply grabbed a suit at a major retailer because it looks "near enough" and someone who's coordinated and really does look the part. If you want the latter with an enjoyable retail experience, these are your guys. Thank you.
I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding both your handling of my lost parcel and the consistently poor level of customer service I have received throughout this process.After my parcel stopped updating on the tracking system, I contacted the delivery company directly and was informed that the parcel is lost and can no longer be located. I immediately reached out to Moss Bros to explain the situation in full. Despite clearly stating that the parcel was confirmed as lost by the courier, your team simply sent me a generic tracking link—completely ignoring the information I had already provided.To make matters worse, I was then told to “keep waiting” in case it eventually arrives. How is that an acceptable response after the courier has already confirmed the parcel is missing? This shows a complete lack of accountability and a disregard for your customer’s time and trust.Since then, I have received no further updates or replies to my emails. The communication has gone silent, and I am left without the product I paid for or any proper resolution.This experience has been deeply frustrating and disappointing. I expect an immediate response with a proper resolution—whether it be a replacement or a full refund—and a clear explanation for the unacceptable handling of this situation.
Don’t use MossBros. I saw them over charge a mother in tears with a little kid for a suit she returned late. £100 late return fee. I could hear her saying they were short on money for all kinds of reasons but the moody shop assistant couldn’t care less. He was rude to other customers there too, on the phone and in person. I left and went to the suit shop opposite for my rental. Moss bros Oxford - Avoid!
I bought a suit this morning ( 13th July) from Maria at your Woking store..She greeted me warmly, showed a real interest in what I was hoping for, encouraged me to, just try it on, and made the whole experience a delight..Thank you..
