Explained what I needed suit for, gentleman who helped me, couldn’t have been more helpful, made sure I was happy. Answered all my questions, gave advice and made sure suit looked good, and I was happy before I left. (Teeside park, Stockton)Thank you.
Arrived to pick up suit for Ascot, which my husband was measured for weeks in advance. The hat was over his eyes, waistcoat was far to large, the jacket, again to large and there were NO pants in the bag. Due to the helpfulness of one of the staff we were able to put together the hat, suit and pants but had to make do with the much oversized waistcoat. Luckily he will have his jacket on all day. Suit is still ill fitting but we have no choice and will have to make do. To then add insult to injury they tried to charge us an additional £140 pounds on a bill that been paid in full when the suit was ordered. No apology was offered, no sorry for the wildly long wait while they got it sorted.
I recently purchased a prom suit for two of my son’s from the store in Milton Keynes. I booked a fitting for them both and the help we got to get them the suits they wanted was absolutely brilliant. Taylor in the store went out of his way to help us and even helped us to get the last jacket available from the store in Birmingham. Really great service and kind helpful staff.
Visited the Moss Bros in High Holborn in desperation after another store had lost part of our order. Darren was extremely helpful in trying to source the last two suits of five for my son’s wedding. He took my number and within a week tracked down the sizes i needed and called with the good news!
Awful.. from getting fitted (they had no fitters) I said I know my sizes as wear suit for work but still I needed to be fitted for some reason?! went to another branch which they fitted and grabbed items of shelf (I could’ve done this at the other branch, v.annoying!) on day of mates wedding we noticed my friends trousers were different and jacket to rest of us and my buttons on waistcoat a diffeeent colour and two buttons broken… just awful our group wont touch them every again!
Horrible experience and horrible company. Every bit of the experience with them is a nightmare. Start off with the treatment when you go in unless you are in a more expensive suit that the shop offer, you get no service and made to feel like you shouldn’t even have walked in. To try to then order online to avoid the awkwardness. To never even getting a mail to say your order is ready to pick up. To then wait 30 minutes without anyone even saying hello to you to just pick up your order. To the absolute worst experience to finally get your order and get it with ugly sale stickers all over your order and you asking hey can you at least give me the discount as you have clearly advertising it as ok sale to be told no and pay full price. The items bought were supposed to be a gift and now they have ugly sale stickers and residue on the item and no compensation.When you try to get some customer support on the matter all you get is an essay of an email about how they don’t care. Please feel happy that for the cost of 10£ you lost a customer in future.
