Purchased a new phone from this company, on 1/2026 I was told it was under a year warranty, but when I called they gave me the option to send back for repair that would take 3 to 5 days, I let them know that I have a pacemaker so couldn't send in my phone. So they stated they could send me a used replacement but they would have to put a hold on my credit card for 438$. They are a scam do not purchase from this company.

it's a good phone for many things but one thing that makes it absolutely not worth it is the intrusive AI they use. You can't disable it you can't delete it. Nothing is able to disable or get rid of the AI and it is very intrusive forcing itself open all the time and forcing pages I don't want. I wish they would fix this but you know ritch corporations that never listen to the consumer they only listen to what makes them the most money for the cheapest i would only recommend this phone companys product if it is absolutely necessary and the last option.

Received an unsealed box instead of a new phone

I ordered a brand new phone from the company's website, but I received an unsealed box instead. When I reached out for help, the support team claimed they couldn't assist me since the purchase was made through the website, despite the invoice indicating their name. This feels very questionable. The only way to get in touch with the company is through WhatsApp. It appears I am not alone in facing issues, as there are many other reviews expressing similar concerns.

Disappointing Experience with Two Models

I’ve owned two models of a certain phone. The first was a basic model that required me to return to the store multiple times for replacements due to poor quality. Later, I got a more advanced model, which I also had to exchange several times for similar issues. Currently, I’m stuck with a phone I didn’t want but had to keep as part of my contract cancellation. I can’t afford a new device, so I’m left with this one, which I’d gladly dispose of if I could. You might have a different experience, but mine has been overwhelmingly negative.

Numerous Issues with This Device

There are far too many problems with this device. It's quite tacky and impractical. Restarting it when needed is a challenge. The camera quality is poor, and the color contrast doesn't appear accurately. Additionally, the safe mode won't deactivate, despite the option to do so. Contacting a live support representative is nearly impossible, as it's only available via text, which often fails to resolve issues. I advise others to think twice before spending money on this product.

Frustrated by unauthorized apps

I would give zero stars if I could. Each week, I find at least five unauthorized apps on my phone, which is a serious invasion of privacy. I do not agree to my data being used this way, and if I did consent, it was hidden in fine print. I need guidance on how to revoke these permissions. I will not purchase from this company again.

Terrible experience with a smartphone

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. I wake up weekly to find at least five unauthorized apps on my device, which feels like a clear violation of my privacy. I absolutely do not consent to my data being used in this manner, and if I did, it was buried in the fine print. I want to know how to formally retract these permissions. I will never buy from this company again.
