Motorola razr 40 ultra black screen …

Bought a moto razr 40 ultra in may this year screen started to go black across the middle then spread all across the screen, phoned Motorola with the problem who asked me to send photos of the screen from different angles which I did, that was three weeks ago and not heard anything from them about sending it for repair since. I cannot do a factory reset because of the black screen and all my data is on the phone including my bank details so I have had to destroy the phone. The phone calls to Motorola cost me forty pounds. I have never had to deal with a company so bad and will never ever use them again and would advise anyone reading this to do the same. I have now got a honor magic 6 lite and it is perfect in fact my ringtone is Ed sheerans perfect.

Crap battery

Just bought 2 moto g power 2024 phones... I want to return them. I thought based on my previous Motorola phone which when new lasted 2+ days on a charge that this would be better. Terrible terrible terrible. Phone is 2 days old my usage is normal and I'm charging halfway through my day. Naturally you find this out if you download all your apps and set your phone up which makes returning it more stressful.. last time around for Motorola for us.

Moronrola edge 2024 touch screen sucks

Yall make a motorola edge 2024 and u expect it to work like normal but all of ur support options r useless and unavailable just like ur newest phones and now he regrets having it, and the touch screen is lower qaulity then huaweii, go get rich and use that to visit a guillotine cuz we as customers deserve excellent top tier quality phones and u dont deserve a DAMNED PENNY. Im glad ur dying off pootorola. Samsung for the win!!!!

Terrible shipping and customer support.

Terrible support and shipping. My order was late and by the time it arrived there were major repairs going on in my house due to a piping issue. There is constant banging and drill sounds so I couldnt hear the UPS driver knocking and running off when I didn't go to the door in 2.8 milliseconds. So simple solution pick it up at the UPS store. UPS tells me no because motorola told them they can't. Ok, annoying, I'll call motorola. I am told it is a security risk to sign my package at the UPS store instead of at my house. Which is interesting because the driver they usually send doesn't give a crap at all or even let you sign for packages your supposed to sign for. So I try to get them to let me change the delivery options for the package I fing paid for. No, they won't budge and let me pick my own fing delivery option when picking it up at the store is just as safe as picking it up at the destination.

I bought a Motorola Razr 40 ultra 7 months ago and the screen started to show signs of cracking. I called Motorola and my phone was picked up within 2 days and completed under warranty. No fuse and excellent service.

I've had two of their phones in the last 18 months; they were both garbage. I could have done better with two cans and a piece of string. Still in my 14 day return period so will take this G play back tomorrow and get back to Samsung. Done with Moto for good.

Motorola 5G play sucks

My Motorola 5G play keeps kicking me out of games even on apps I Try to play brawl stars it just kicks me out and going on Snapchat also kick's me out so these phones can go away

Don't Trust Motorola

On September 23, 2024, I ordered and paid for a Moto G 5G cell phone directly from Motorola on line. It was delivered via UPS the very next day. I signed for delivery but when the UPS driver handed me the box, it was obvious the box was empty and damaged on the bottom. I called this to the attention of the driver, handed him back the box and refused delivery. The driver reported it to UPS and told me they would investigate. I next called Motorola to report the incident and request a replacement. They said the investigation would take 8 to 12 days before I could cancel the order and either receive a replacement or a refund. I could not wait that long for a phone so I bought the same phone on Amazon and received it the next day. Well, it has now been SIX WEEKS and I have heard NOTHING from Motorola. I have now filed a DISPUTE with my credit card company which will probably take another month or so to resolve. I am appalled with Motorola. I never got the product I paid for and I feel they should have refunded my money immediately and work with the carrier (UPS) that THEY hired regarding the lost phone. btw, I gave this review 2 stars ONLY because I like the product but the service sucks! I highly suggest you NOT purchase directly from Motorola.
