Bought this 2020 Motorola edge 20…

Bought this 2020 Motorola edge 20 cellular phone from walmart.ca last Dec. 20/2023 phone overall is a good performer lots of memory and speed lots of space reasonably good camera, the biggest issue I have had with this phone is the SHIT C charge plug and they are by far a crappy design. Plug worked for less than a month. I bought several other new high quality C cords still wouldn't make contact,bi clean out the c connector socket zero dust nothing in the socket hole.Wired if I used a small 4 inch C/USB cord that came from a Bluetooth speaker if I put it in just a certain way it seems to make connection but it has to go that certain way if not it won't make connection. My advice for anything you buy online even at Walmart.ca don't buy anything at a store or online that said used or refurbished their is a reason for that. This one looked virtually brand new but it obviously has a issue with the socket. Now I have had enough with this fidgety socket always having to fiddle with it everyday to get it to charge so dam annoying. I have to bring it in to have it repaired or replaced the socket most definitely cost at least another 100.00 dollars for that. Avoid anything that say refurbished their is something wrong like this or with a laptop probably battery is shot or weak . If your going to buy one Best to get one that hasn't been physically used by anyone so the socket should be ok.

I have a Motorola 5g stylus and I got it through Metro PCS, I've always had Motorola phones, this is my 6th one, I've upgraded all my other Motorola phones, anyway I have never had any problems with Motorola, they have always performed good, the only complaint I have is the battery doesn't stay charged up as long as they say it does, that's the only downside I have, other than that everything else works good, I'm about due to upgrade my phone again so I'll look into what else Motorola has to offer, I haven't purchased anything from the website so I have not had the problems other people have on their reviews, I've always gotten mine through Metro PCS so I don't know if the website is bad, but I know my Motorola phones have always worked well, I will probably continue to use Motorola since I've had good luck with them.

Worst Company Ever

Ordered a 4-pack of Moto Tags. Took 1.5 months to deliver. Pairing them with my Galaxy S22 was a nightmare--took over an hour, multiple phone re-starts and tag resets, to pair all four of them. Then discovered that they did not work worth a hoot--location didn't update, wouldn't display location on map despite being "nearby", wouldn't connect to phones even when just feet away. Tried to use Motorola website to initiate a return, got run-around from utterly useless Moli virtual agent. Was provided a phone number to call by virtual agent; led to a phone tree that had no options that were for returns, and no ability to back up a level. Had to call multiple times before finally getting to a human by saying I had a completely different issue. Human then looked into it and told me that returns department wasn't open on weekends (despite website saying that the number in question was staffed on the weekends). Human agent submitted ticket, said the returns department would contact me on Monday. They did not. Called back on Wednesday, same useless phone tree. Talked to human, finally got a Fedex label and RMA, sent tags back to Motorola that Friday. Then heard nothing from Motorola (Fedex confirmed delivery the following Monday). No refund. No acknowledgement that return process had started. Called Motorola again after a week and a half, was told they had the return but there was a processing issue with the refund and that they would call back with an update. They did not. Tried agent chat on website a week later, agent asked what my issue was, and then disconnected when I said I wanted to check a return status and provided the order number. Finally got back to agent and found she could not help; she sent me to the same phone tree as before (which, again, HAS NO READILY APPARENT OPTIONS FOR RETURNS DEPARTMENT). Finally spoke with a CSR on phone and found out that the issue was apparently due to their records showing a different serial # associated with the order than the serial # of the tags I sent back, and that was holding up the refund (this is 18 days after they received it). NOTE: I did not switch the tags--these were the same stupid tags they sent me originally. So Motorola is holding on to my $110 for 18 days after they got their defective product back because of their own internal bookkeeping error. And doing zero customer outreach to keep me apprised of return status/issues.I will *never* buy Motorola or Lenovo again after this. I can't recall having dealt with a major company that is this *bad* at customer service before. If I buy something on Amazon and find I want to return it, it takes approximately 30 seconds to initiate the return and I get confirmation of refund within seconds of dropping off the item at Fedex, UPS, or Whole Foods. Motorola is still navel-gazing after having the product *back in their warehouse* for over two weeks.I'm now going through my credit card company to dispute the charge since I have *zero* confidence that Motorola will ever actually process the refund or even contact me about it again.

DO NOT BUY THE 24 RAZR

About 2 months ago I got the Motorola Razr 2024. Loved it at first. Now when I open the phone and unlock it chrome pops up with an ad. I have deleted new apps, and went through all the steps Google said and didn't fix it. Called boost which is my service provider and they will l couldn't fix it. Was told to call Motorola. I called once and the last couldn't help and sent me to someone higher up. After a few steps she asked for another phone to call me back on because the last step included me turning off my phone. Have her the number to call me and she hung up. She gave me steps to do while I waited for her call which I completed. I waited for over 30 mins and she never called me back so I called them. A guy answered and said he was going to transfer me to the higher up people again and the call was dropped. He called me back so that was nice and then I waited on hold for an hour to talk to the higher up person only for them to keep picking up and not saying anything then putting me back on hold and then finally hanging up. Do not get the Razr. Didn't even buy Motorola. They do not help and you will be stuck with a broken phone making payments. Wish I could give no stars. I plan to tell everyone not to buy this phone or any phone they make.

Motorola G54.5g

Motorola G54.5g. Battery lasts 3 hours at the most. Takes about 5 to 6 hours to recharge. ONLY 3 WEEKS OLD. My Oppo A78 4G was the same so I exchanged it for the miserable Moto G54 5g. Both useless. !!? A waste of approx $240 😡And both phones advertise long lasting batteries. All Lies. 😡😡

I recently bought a moto G84 5g for replace my Moto G13.I expected a better experience. Instead i have a much worst experience . The wallpapers are much less and the bluethoot sound is weak. I still using my moto G13 with a much better sound. I cont. cated the support . Useless , I lost my money with this junk phone. My advice is . Stay away from Motorola phones . Buy from another brand. Motorola sacrifice quality for profits.
