I tried multiple times to arrange redelivery, but it was never processed. Contacting customer service through various channels was frustratingly ineffective, leading to a series of automated messages with conflicting information. Now, I'm trying to get a refund for an item that never arrived.

Device failure after a minor drop

I bought a smartphone and paid for it fully upfront. After a minor two-foot drop, the screen completely failed, even though there was no visible damage. I sent it for warranty repair, expecting service, but was told it was 'physically damaged' and quoted the full replacement cost. The damage was a small crack from weeks prior, and the phone was functioning fine until the drop. I wasn't informed of this decision until I called myself, leaving me without updates or options, especially with upcoming travel. Their policy states that any prior damage disqualifies warranty repair, even if unrelated to the current issue. A phone at this price shouldn't fail so drastically from a minor fall, and quoting full replacement costs is unreasonable.

Exceptional customer support

Frustrating customer service experience

I bought a smartphone, and after just three months, it froze and displayed an error. The retailer suggested it was a software issue and advised me to contact customer support. I wouldn't recommend these smartphones. The texting functionality is poor, and it seems like the devices struggle with basic English despite being a UK brand. It's frustrating to deal with such issues.

Disappointing smartphone experience

This smartphone is the worst I've ever encountered. I was misled into buying it, needing a temporary device. I specifically asked about capabilities like Google Pay, but it doesn’t support it. Additionally, it lacks 5G functionality and is inundated with ads that can't be blocked. After four months, the battery life is terrible, and it takes ages to charge. My advice is to steer clear of this phone.

Regret purchasing this smartphone

The smartphone I bought has only 4GB of RAM despite having 256GB of storage, which is unacceptable. It struggles to keep apps running, constantly reloading them. I thought Samsung was bad . . .

My new phone had a problem. Support e-mails went straight to spam. No phone numbers that work for support and no help. I called their main office and even they couldn't tell me how to access support. I have replaced my phone .. . . and I thought Samsung was bad!
