Considering their pagers are being made to explode by Mossad, I wouldn't buy any of their electronics ever. Who knows what the company's involvement is in this act of terror.

Bought a brand new Moto e13. Doesn't work

Bought a brand new Moto e13.Couldn't even get the simcard tray open. What good is that?Tried to said an email and they ask for an IMEI/ESN/MEID number. Who the hell knows what that is? I googled how to find it and you have to search your phone. Can't do that if it doesn't wordk can you?Like all big companies they want to make it as difficult as possible for you to contact them.They were great in the 1990's but they are Rubbish now.

Stay away from the Razr 2024 phone…

Stay away from the Razr 2024 phone because of their crappy support process.I purchased the Motorola Razr Plus 2024 two months ago. I also purchased their Motocare accidental damage insurance at the same time. The phone worked well until two days ago, when the screen went black and would not turn on. I spent two hours on their support website. It had me perform a hard reboot which did not work. Then it had me install a 6.9GB "software fix" which promised not to erase my google account information. The fix did not work. Then it had me do a factory reset in which everything was erased. The screen was not fixed by this procedure either. I then proceeded to call their support line to get them to fix or exchange my new phone for one that worked. I was hopeful when a support ticket was created. Unfortunately, things got much worse at this point. Three separate times I waded through their phone support process where they repeatedly asked the same questions as if no support ticket had been created with detailed information. Each time they indicated I needed to speak with "level 2" as the next step in the process. Three separate times I was put on hold for 5-10 minutes and then hung up on. I was finally told that someone would call me back in a few minutes after they received authorization for the repairs. No one called. Today, I was finally able to reach their "level 2" rep. She (Zyrene) promised to call me later today or tomorrow. We will see, but I'm not holding my breath. I would advise everyone to steer clear of these phones until they get the kinks worked out of their support processes.

Trash absolutely trash Motorola g30 man worked fine when I got it no sweat felt like the best 100$ I had ever spent in my life coming from a iPhone 13! And Samsung s22+! One week goes by suddenly my phone's hardly accessible super slow and laggy for 0 reason absolutely unbelievable don't buy phones from them I read the specs they are all basically the same meaning this issue won't be just me if you see this don't ever waste your time on a Motorola phone it will work better then any phone on the market for just a week to draw you in and then completely go bad struggle to load apps making me force reset all the time and along side letting my apps run without my permission? As background apps who do you guys think you are? And let alone not allowing anyone on a Motorola g30 to turn anything off or have any power to your hands all it is is a flash light really camara sucks can't load anything what more can I say all it is useful for is literally a flash light and storage space no more or less since this phone goes dodgy after a week or two of using bringing issues to me this phone had 0 of clearly so i have to go buy a new phone luckily wont be motorola haha trash asf company my phone laggs soooo much just typing this its legit struggling for nothing haha terrible waste of money get a second hand samsung from 2014 below I garentee cheaper with a better experience since they dont want to money. Lander people back then anyways new phones suck Motorola sucks most of all tho! I'm legit so mad I've concluded to write a trash review out of my own real time because nothing else will work honestly a scam not worth your money or anyone else's close your business down cause it will fall quickly the more people realize these issues and your scumbag ways of making people spend more than they need to honestly can't anyone make any real good phones that don't break easy actually can handle processing anything I'm ranting on and on because of how bad this phone is and all I have in my power as a person is making this bad review like share don't waste your time How's that trust pilot?

Was told i would get next day delivery and on the next day they held the package until 6pm then said it would be 4 days until I could get my phone. Next day delivery on their website is a scam to get you to buy from them instead of Amazon or best buy

Amateur, clowny 'tech' support

Amateur, foreign 'tech' support staff. They recommended I do a factory reset on the phone after a 30 sec diagnosis of the problem. The call was mysteriously dropped and no one called back to resume. The follow-up email provided a link to resume that didn't work. Completely unprofessional.

Phones are also ridiculously slow, to a degree one has to wonder how much pre-installed spyware is there in these things.And they say Chinese products are unsafe and have no quality.....

I have Purchase Motorola G54 mobile…

I have Purchase Motorola G54 mobile throuhg online with IMEI No:350806093812754 I used in for 6-7 months after that my mobile camery not work properly-Capture image ge blurr/unclear and Mobile hang sometime during working .For this issue I have visited to Pune Motorola serivce center and I suffered lot bcz on google there show 3-4 service center and out of that 02 center ( Near Dy patil colloege Pune ravet road,Pimpri road service center doesnt have the facility for reparing ) and 3rd one is at Chichwad chowk pune name as newtirupati service center there they take my mobile on 16 Aug 2024 for mentioned issue and said me thath it will be repair on 20-21 Aug 2024 the I have call them for updates about reparing on 20,21 Aug but they said it will be complet on 21 aug afternoon & you will get call from our end but ......then I have not recived any call from them and Im calling them from 22-26 Aug 2024 Almost 100 call done to them but they are not recivng my and not responding to my issue even i have miail them . So I sugget the service is very poor from Motorolo

Moto G13...my worst phone ever

The following are my thoughts and experiences only, on the Moto G13.. I've found it awful since buying it in May about 3 months ago .I've had moto phones for about the last 6 years , although they only seem to last a year or two before giving problems..they are relatively cheap.The G13 for me has been unpredictable unreliable laggy and slow, with a mind of it's own..changing settings by itself! It sometimes drops WiFi even though others have no issues in the same room.It has been making notification sounds even though it's on silent. Also the alarm clock sound turned itself down to zero for a while. The camera for me has been a real letdown too, as the camera setting changes made seem unnecessary ...my previous Moto G phones were better and easy to adjust exposure/focus etc . Also check how long Moto phones are supported for ... especially when they're are reduced in price , It seems their lifespan is even shorter, due to less support time left for updates/security patches etc.I've thought about selling it on, but would feel to guilty fobbing it off on anyone else.So after only about 3 months, since owning my (last and final) Moto phone ...I'm switching back to Samsung !
