The phone's nearly-stock Android interface is its strongest point—it's clean, fast, and bloat-free. However, there are concerns about long-term durability and reliability. Support and warranty communication can also be frustratingly slow. A good phone for the software, but with reservations about hardware longevity and post-purchase service.
I had my Motorola Razr 2025 Ultra hinge repaired about 45 days ago. The same hinge failed again, but Motorola denied coverage under the repair warranty — citing unrelated cosmetic wear as the reason. This is a repeat mechanical failure of the same part they previously serviced. The cosmetic wear has nothing to do with hinge function, yet they used it to void both the standard and repair warranties.Support chat deflects to phone, phone reps have no authority, and I’ve been hung up on multiple times. No email support, no escalation path, no accountability.Motorola’s repair warranty is supposed to protect against the same failure after service. Instead, they apply the same cosmetic damage exclusion as the standard warranty — even if the damage is unrelated. This feels like a systemic tactic to avoid honoring repairs. I’m filing a BBB complaint and exploring Florida consumer protection options. If you’re considering Motorola, be aware: their warranty support is a dead end.
Great deal and fast delivery (within 2 days - in Sweden that's super fast). The website looks good, but unclear info about delivery etc. however the price was so good and then I was surprised about the delivery speed. They should promote their good service better.
Horrible and disappointing service. . I brought 2 mobiles and one returned without opening the package and another refused delivery. After 3 weeks no news of refund and customer service got no idea when will I get refund. Don't buy it from Motorola directly. You will struggle to return the item. This one mobile I will never buy again.
Their customer service in the UK is virtually non existent. There are no readily available contact numbers nor an email address; their virtual assistant is a joke and they do not respond to customer queries sent through their ''contact us'' page. I've been trying to find a telephone number for their UK HQ but that too seems well hidden. I know I'm echoing all the other reviews on Trust Pilot about this company. I just wish I'd visited TP before buying from this outfit. If anybody knows how to get through to any person at Motorola then please let me know.

Consumer Alert: Read before buying a Moto phoneJust sharing my real experience as a Moto user. I chose this phone for its advertised “Gorilla Glass 5 – strong and reliable” screen. Still, after a small 2-foot drop onto regular tiles—and with careful use—the screen cracked in only 3 months.Customer support told me “even minor falls can cause damage.” That didn’t match what the advertisements promised, and I was disappointed.Looking around online, I’ve found other Moto owners mentioning similar durability issues. There seems to be a real difference between what’s marketed and what buyers actually experience.I’m posting this to make sure people have clear info about durability to help with their decision. Sharing so you can decide what’s best for you!#Moto #ConsumerStory #ProductExperience
