I started MUTU 4 months ago because I was having issues with my back and had a 3 finger wide DR. Since the moment I started MUTU I was hooked because it was an easy program to follow and it gave me a daily routine that I could stick to.Now that I have finished the 12 modules I can say that my back is not killing me as before and my abs feel stronger. If I mesure my DR I still have the 3 finger wide gap BUT I can feel and see my whole core fitter.What I love the most about this program is that in a subtle way dove me into this routine of working out again and moving my body and motivated me to get back on track and made me feel good about myself again, and for that I loved this program. Also, I have lost 5 kg since the beginning of MUTU which is great!.I would say just one 'negative' comment and it is that the videos are a bit dark (it didn't bother me at all and I went through them fine) but it was something I thought when I started MUTU.I read one of the comments that there's no support and for me, one of the things I liked about this program was that you (or at least me) don't feel alone through the process, don't feel like one 'buyer' more because you can connect with the people from MUTU very easy, they will respond fast or at least it was my experience. Also, there are TONS of information in the program.So my thoughts about MUTU are pretty positive.
Kinda mixed feelings about mutu. The positives - I did it every single day after having my baby, and it narrowed my DR gap a bit and helped me to have a structure to follow. There's loads of resources and a supportive community. The negatives - the videos are very dark, and repetitive. I had problems viewing them on my phone and they sometimes buffer several times. Also the program discourages kegels and says that sometimes you should accept you won't go back to high impact exercise. 6 months after baby I tried to restart running and leaked a little. I had to do more intensive rehab exercises (that I found on youtube for free) and kegels (thank you 3.99 squeezy app) but within a couple of months I was running without problems. On reflection I probably wouldn't buy mutu again, as I think I found very good resources for much cheaper elsewhere that helped me more. But it did help me at the time and gave me a place to start.
I started MUTU about 9 weeks ago, when I was 7 weeks postpartum. One of my big reasons for signing up was to feel better about my body – stronger, fitter and “more normal”. After giving birth I felt like my body was a stranger to me.I’m now in Module 7 and am feeling so much better! My back pain has gone and I feel so much more comfortable in my body again. I’m still working on things but I’m celebrating that I’ve packed away all my maternity clothes now, and I can fit in my pre-pregnancy jeans!!! (only just 😜). Looking forward to seeing what else will happen in the next 6 modules!
Before they upgraded the website it wasn't as clear it was only 12 month access, but it is my fault for assuming it was a one off payment, therefore I haven't had much use out of it as I took my time. Also there isn't much support, I found more support on Facebook groups and customer service is passive aggressive, the kit is a waste of money too...
I found Mutu when my youngest of 5 was 9 years old and they are the best! Gentle, clear, engaging exercise videos to help heal and strengthen. Lots of support and encouragement. And, although it sounds strange, clicking the little button when I had finished my workout is so motivating! 😆The workouts are manageable lengths—it still takes some dedication to stick to anything new but it has felt so good to do 10 minutes of peaceful something for myself. I saw results after a few weeks—my “tell-the-truth skirt” fit better. The 20 minute workouts are perfect for keeping my middle aged self moving and the leaking has stopped. Thank you MUTU!😊⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
MUTU has changed my life. I am grateful for this amazing program every single day. I don’t know where I’d be without it. I had significant DR and alignment issues after baby #3 and I felt broken, unattractive and weak. The other workouts I had done to bounce back in the past were totally out of my league because of my abdominal separation and core weakness, and I didn’t know what to do to heal. MUTU has helped me regain my strength, alignment, connection, confidence and I am feeling more hopeful and more like myself! I wish I could tell every Mama and every OB/GYN about MUTU. Best postpartum physical recovery system at an amazing price. 3 months postpartum I paid almost 3x the annual cost of mutu to go to an in-person 6 week postpartum class (with a 3 month old in tow!) it just wasn’t enough and was so stressful trying to get there with my baby. Now I’m almost on year two with mutu and my body has recovered amazingly. My posture is even better - I’m not as hunched as I used to be. I feel strong and so grateful to have found mutu. I can do it regularly on my schedule in my home and see and feel results. It’s really helped me embrace being the woman motherhood makes of us!
So much love for Mutu! It can be a big time commitment but it is so worth it and so important. I no longer have any deep abdominal pain and pressure that I used to get when going for long walks, carrying my baby, running, etc. I’m also 100% leak free (even on a ridiculously strong sneeze 💪) and I feel strong again! I’ve resumed running and love being active again. I’ve lost weight and gained muscle and made healthier habits and feel amazing. MUTU has been great at making exercise a regular habit and I’m so thankful for the program. I look forward to doing it again someday.Overall I highly recommend the program and am so pleased with my results! Thank you MUTU!
