My experience with mutu has been a blessing. My goal was to strengthen my pelvic floor and this course helped tremendously. I've learned a new skill,how my breathing and body should work together. I took my time, I adjusted little by little and feel more in tune with myself. I love love love this program and am so thankful for the people who put this together! Thank you 😊.
I am totally happy with this amazing program. I love the kind voice giving the instructions in the videos, I like to read every time the emails which empower me, I love the food guide filled with ideas.. And, of course, I love the exercises - not too easy, not too hard, perfect for me. I already feel better and happy in my own skin, after giving birth. A big thank you!
LOVE this program! It is simply the BEST! I was struggling with incontinence after two of my births with my daughters. I was embarrassed going to the gym and working out and jumping around, sneezing, coughing, etc. I didn’t know that there was a solution to my problem and felt I would have to live with it for the rest of my life. Then, my friend (teacher of my birth classes), told me I needed to sign up for mutu. I was skeptical because I didn’t know much about it, and the price I thought was too much. But after I had my second baby, I told my husband I wanted to do the program. Once I started I noticed my body became more aligned, I was more aware of my posture, I was conscious of what I was eating more and wanting to eat healthier, I could feel my pelvic floor muscles and core getting stronger! It worked! Best bang for your buck. Looking back now, that was by far the best investment for my health that I have made! Grateful to the Mutu ladies who have worked hard to put this program together and make it accessible to all women out there! You must give it a try!
This is exactly what I needed! Only two weeks in and I can already start to feel a difference. I love the easy to use journal to track my progress and the layout is very user friendly and easy to navigate. I appreciate the tips on healthy eating and alignment as well - its nice to learn how everything works together. I especially appreciate the positive and nurturing tone - from emails to the video instruction; everything is very encouraging and uplifting.
I am enjoying the experience. At 48 with two young adults, I feel that I can still do something for my body. I had a hysterectomy but left the ovaries and was worried about everything down there. I believe that the core exercises are very important and I am getting stronger in that area. I like that Wendy encourages the walking everyday and it just makes me feel that I did 'some' exercise. Now I am running a little at a time. I have added lights weights and do another exercises program but I make sure that I do that 'core.' Please note that I do not do it everyday but I take my time. After baby # 3 I decided it was finally time to do something to heal my core. My midwife recommended MUTU and I'm so glad I gave it a go. I just completed the program and I feel so much stronger and cared for (by myself!!). The hardest part for me was finding the time to regularly do any exercise, but this program made it simple enough to do so with the thoughtful length of all the exercises and recommended routine. If you're looking for something easy to maintain, I would recommend MUTU!
This mutu program is Wonderful!! It has been a lifesaver for me ... I was paying 100$ a time to go to advanced physical therapy and they helped me but then I found out about this program!! It's so awesome to help mamas get back bladder control... I will probably do the cores the rest of my life ... I'm on my second time of going thru this program... It has given me a way to do what therapy was doing for me at home and a lot cheaper too😎 thanks for a great program... I've recommend it to my friends
