I started MUTU a couple weeks after my second was born and thought it was great. I finished the program and felt my core was strong and I was ready to get back to my previous activities. It’s a great foundational program

I just finished module 4

Hi! So far I am excited about the program. I have felt stronger since starting. It took me longer than a week to finish most of the modules. I just finished module 4. I only have small problems with the program and that's why I gave it a 4 star. I would have given it a 4 1/2 star, but it's not available. One is that my phone won't show anything but a smaller size video, even on landscape mode. Another reason is that I still leak some when I sneeze. My expectation was that I would be moving on from that by module 3. I know that could be my error, but it is what it is. I still think it will be healed, but was a little disappointed even though I'm careful to be ready before moving on. I understand everyone is different, so I'm not discouraged yet. Over all I love the program. The core videos are relaxing and the intensives are challenging. The emphasis on modifications is encouraging so no matter where you are you know you can jump in and advance.

Outdated technology

Outdated technology. The videos cannot even rotate to be bigger on my phone. It's waaaaay too tiny. Also does NOT cast into smart TVs.... At least current ones that do not have internet browsers. The kit is also trash. I look at it everyday and feel robbed from MUTU.

Consistency brings results!

Following this program with diligence works. I've completed it four times, and will go through it again. The workouts remain challenging, and the food advice is sound. I've lost over 50 pounds and feel so much more like my old self.

MUTU Gave Me Tummy Tuck Like Results!

I really enjoyed this program! It’s easy to follow for busy mamas and practical for use even after the program is over. I had about a 3 finger wide gap due to diastisis recti and had already been to a physical therapist before starting. I also suffered from a lower tummy pooch, urinary incontinence, and lower back pain due to the DR.Now that I’ve completed the program, I don’t have the incontinence or lower back pain (that stopped at about week 6 of the program) and my tummy pooch is waaaay better now that I’m done with the program. It seriously looks like I got a tummy tuck! I even have 11 abs lines!! I hope you’ll give this program a shot. I made it work for my schedule and even some days I missed or didn’t do as well but I still saw amazing results!

So far very promising!

I have a 2.5-finger gap and sciatica and pelvic girdle pain. I'm only 9 weeks pregnant with my third child but look 5 months... As I always do. I've had DR long before my first pregnancy but three children and a c section haven't helped. I didn't want to deal with the weak core and pelvic girdle pain for a third time, as I did with my first two children, so I looked into how to strengthen my core and chose this over the Tupler program just because it seemed gentler and didn't use binding (which I can't do while pregnant). I'm realizing some things I thought I would deal with forever, like leaking when I sneeze/cough/laugh, are just symptoms of a weak pelvic floor and core. I also realized little things I do, including breathing and getting out of bed, are making my DR worse. Some things like lower back pain and painful sex were symptoms of my DR that I thought were unrelated. I'm only on module 2 but I feel my ab muscles are actually tired after each session. They're being worked for once, while traditional ab muscles weren't even getting to them! I'm also finding myself getting more in touch with my body and more mindful of my breathing and alignment. Yes, the first two modules are boring as other reviews have pointed out, and yes there's tons of repetition, but there's a reason why. If you actually learn the philosophy of the program, you'll see that the basics are essential. I thought so much focus on breath seemed silly until I noticed how much I was improving in my posture and how much better the exercises were working my core muscles and pelvic floor when I got the breathing down. The breathing and alignment are different from what I'm used to so it takes this repetition to get them down. I like the calming, simple videos, concise instructions, and motivational daily emails. I'll update this review later if I actually close my DR! I don't think the price is too much for what you get and I already had all the items in the kit from other exercise programs I used to do, but I thought the kit was reasonably priced for all you get. But you can find things like yoga straps and pilates balls for cheap on Amazon if price is an issue for you. Give mutu a chance!

Greatful to MUTU

Here’s I’m sharing my mutu journey. I’ve been started my mutu journey in May, 2021. I blessed with baby boy on March 06,2021. I had c-section so I started exercising at 10 weeks postpartum. I gained 55lbs during pregnancy and 2 finger width DR gap. I’m following mutu everyday. It takes 6 months to close my DR gap but finally got result. And I lost 30lbs weight during my mutu journey. No more complain of back pain and knee pain. And got my core strengthStay consistent is the only key. I’m so greatful to found mutu system for my postpartum recovery. Doesn’t help with prolapse in my experience

MUTU should emphasise the benefits for women with DR and exclude anything to do with ‘other pelvic floor issues’. The vagueness of this description should have made me realise it’s not an appropriate course for ppl with prolapse. I paid for this with the understanding that it would help my bladder prolapse but I can’t get past the first 3 days without my symptoms worsening and my physiotherapist told me to discontinue as a result. Disappointing. MUTU should provide more clarity on the pelvic floor issues it alleges it can help with so women like me can make an informed decision before parting with our money.

One week in and loving it

I’m one week in and loving it so far! At first, I was annoyed by how basic it seemed. But after doing a few master classes on breathing, engaging, and aligning, I realized how much I truly needed to focus on the basics! So thankful for this.

Amazingly helpful

This has been an amazing help in my recovery from abdominal separation. It helped out after my first and I'm working the program again after my second! Motivational and use friendly. I recommend it to all!
