Review Time
I was a client with MWeb, when I moved to a new house I reqeusted them in an email to move the fibre to the new adress. Nobody pitched up. All of a sudden i was billed double the amount I always paid as they said I cancelled the contract. And the more I told them I did not cancel the account the more they deducted money from me, without even having a router in my house. Just stay away from this company they are absolutely pathetic, and don't even trey to get hold of them that is even worse. Up to now they still owe me money. Next step for me is the Ombudsman. Again stay away from them.
This company is pathetic I've been struggling to get my service reconnected paid them and now I have to wait almost a week to reconnect my services. I urge no one to deal with them as the service is pathetic the worst I have ever experienced
No internet. We applied 15 May. 1st excuse previous owner's line is still open.Then we were told to call and have it closed. Next excuse the previous owner took their box. Consultant said she will call us daily with feedback,never heard from her. Tried numerous times to communicate via chat. AI keeps on saying "bear with us" "an agent...." Called and pretended to be a new customer, wow!!! What excellence! Until I told the truth! Now this lady could see the communication and that NOTHING has happened since our previous request for finalization of process.We are still waiting for a response from management. Let's see if something will happen today. I doubt! Got my reference for call and the names of 2 individuals that made big promises. The one already missed the goal by ghosting us from the 13th of June.I will update this review if we do get positive feedback today.
Nah i must say this place has th3 kakste communication ever they dont talk or give you feedback the octotel fiber guys came to install fiber very fast they communicad and delivered as promised but mweb suck they are yet to deliver my routher i must wait till Wednesday or Thursday now probably for my routher i regret signing up with them i suma smaak to cancell my service with them and rather go for vodacome mweb your entire company sucks sies im disgusted
This company is terrible, avoid at all costs, they are a shell of their past. 1hr plus wait times, order not getting cleared even though im the owner of the house what is there to clear? It's absolutely terrible service, again avoid at all cost.
