On October 27th, I used the official function to move my service and called to confirm. I provided the move date of November 14th and received confirmation. However, on November 13th, I received a message stating my contract had been canceled without my consent. They claimed there was no service at my new address, which was not true. The entire situation turned into a nightmare with numerous calls and no resolution. After a month of frustration, I canceled the service. It was a simple task that became a massive issue due to their incompetence.
After three years, my cable keeps breaking in the same spot, and they won't replace it, only fix it, leading to repeated issues. Avoid using their online chat for reporting faults; I spent two hours this morning with no resolution. Their service is utterly lacking.
