From the first of May till this morning they still can't generate me a payment link I'm struggling to get a payment link since yesterday their agent couldn't help,I was told to wait for provisional team for like 3 hours on their live chat I've been told they still looking for an agent to assist me.Poor poor service
Very bad service. Didn't fix connection issues we needed fixing and they have dodgy billing. We were asked to pay off a bill to terminate mweb account so they can release our line but after termination they made claims of the account being reactivated during our notice period in which we didn't use any internet. They didn't provide proof in which we agreed upon this!
I'm with Mweb for almost a month. They gave me frog foot fiber as an option that I can take. This Moring at 8 o'clock, I have follow up and spoke to 5 different people. 4 of the people did not have the knowledge to assist the client or there own system. The last individual I spoke to, advised that frog foot cannot assist me as they do not have the write to work in the complex that my business is running. Keeping in mind I'm with them for a month with out any fiber, there recommend option advised they do work in my area and did not even do a simple task by checking if frog foot do have a Access to the complex and after the last day of the month they advised me they cannot assist. Know i have to use open serve. The consultant information me that the sale consultant will call me shortly. It was not done as yet. Therefore if you read this, I would recommend not using or doing any business with Mweb. They are slow, the consultants has a lack of training, the WhatsApp only works when they want it to work. I do regret to say, There priorities are not make business but to break it down. Kind regards
I haven't even used their services and I want to cancel already, useless on another level. To get someone to help you is a struggle, chat line is just for show that disconnects you tight after you select reason for reaching out. It happens all the time, I just wish I came here first before I applied. Just received their router that nobody told me I was going yo receive, I was told to wait for a call from the connections team and they'll let me know the next steps. Next thing I'm receiving a call telling me they're downstairs to deliver my parcel. Don't even know what to do with this router cos I'm not sure how to connect it. To get someone to help is another problem, I'm done. Can't deal with this, don't tolerate this, at home, in any form of relationship I won't accept it here too. Next I'm writing to Hello Peter everyone needs to know how you rip people off!!!!!
My dad was paying for the router month to month and they put 200GB every month when you pay so my dad use 80GB is this month so he wasn't going to pay because the data is his so he had to use that for the following months if you didn't pay but then they switched off the router
What an absolute NIGHTMARE of a company to deal with. I have been trying to cancel my contract since DECEMBER 2024!!! You can't do it on the app, you can't do it on the website, their chatbot doesn't work, you phone the call centre and it never connects you to anyone, and then it just cuts the call. I cancelled my contract in writing at the beginning of January 2025 in writing, the only address I could find was the complaints one, so I sent it to them, gave my one month's written notice, they acknowledged and said someone would call me, well it's April 2025 now, and I am still waiting. They continued to debit my account, so I reversed the order end of Feb + March, and now I have blocked their debit order, only to be sent a message to say they are handing me over to the credit bureau for non-payment, and the only way they will now cancel my contract is I have pay them and they will then have the cancellation team contact me.I have never dealt with such incompetent people in my life, none of them know how to do their job, so we as their customers must be inconvenienced. I dare them to hand me over, I have everything in writing and I will take it further. If you are thinking of getting fibre with MWeb, here is my advice........DON'T!!!
I am not sure if Mweb staff are just few or they just don't care about customers I place an order on the 14/04/2025 and I got a responds to say my order will be delivered and install within 7- 14 days maximum and I got the login details to track my order, and the order is on provision and contact them which on WhatsApp take 5 hours to get a consultant to assist you, and I was promised 3 working days even today I haven't received my order and I tried WhatsApp to enquire no one got back at me, I want to cancel the order so I get use another service provider I cannot I have been calling them and no assistance what a disgrace.
Please allow us to not click on a star as they do not even deserve that much.My fibre order was rejected by Vumatel, Mweb did not even advise me and when i requested a refund, I have been ignored since. No one responds on any of the comm platform. The admin team from Vumatel have tried as well and they keep ignoring.I WANT MY REFUND INITIATED ASAP.. YOU GUY ARE SCAMMERS
MWEB promised a quick and effortless account change process with a 48-hour turnaround. It’s now been 2 weeks, and my account is still not active. Every time I contact support, a different agent provides a new error, excuse, or “concern” blocking progress.It’s clear there’s no internal coordination or accountability. What should have been a simple process has turned into a frustrating cycle of empty promises and delays.They may have "solution" in their name, but problem creation is their actual game.Unacceptable service. Avoid if you value your time and sanity.
