Got a $50 visa card and was only able to spend about $10 and after that it was blocked for some unknown reason. I can't use it anywhere. I already opened a case - CS17269758. But there is still no response. So please respond to my email and unblock or replace my card. Thank you.
$100 prepaid card was activated and completely unusable. No matter what retailer or service I try to use the card with or at, I get told that the payment provider has denied the purchase. Information has been double, triple, quadruple checked. Everything is fine on my end, and the balance clearly states that there is enough money on the card.Calling customer service leaves you with an automated loop of options that ultimately ends with the call being disconnected the second you are transferred to an actual representative. 100$ down the drain with a nonexistent customer service and no way to do anything about the issue. I have never come to this site to leave a negative review. With that being said, never, ever use this service.
Received a 10$ prepaid mastercard from a website. When I try to use it online it declines with every single merchant. The card numbers are also broken/hidden half of the time. I cannot use the card.Update: The card has been fixed after they have contacted me.
I just got $ 50 pre paid Mastercard on Swagbucks from them and it wouldn’t work with multiple retailers. I had a hard time getting in contact with them as well. However, a day after this happened and leaving a review on trust pilot I tried the card again and it works. I would recommend them this is the only time I had an issue with them. Every other time I’ve used them the pre paid cards were able to work with practically any retailer I pleased. Thank you, My Prepaid Center.
The site is unusable. Not in a colloquial and exaggerated sense - I mean that it is non functional. It gives me errors instead of results. I have been completely unable to collect payment that I am due through the site, and the "Contact Us" page is broken and shows no links, numbers, emails, or any other forms of contact. Finally the site detected "unusual activity" from my browser, which in actuality was me refreshing the page hoping it might change something, and EVEN THE HELP NUMBER FOR RESOLVING THAT ERROR WAS DISCONNECTED. Truly abysmal experience.
My daughter got a gift card for her birthday and didn’t use it before the expiration date, when I look online on their website it says they will issue you a new one but when I call the number it just hangs up on me. I called the lost or stolen number and they told me that once expired the balance goes to zero and they cannot issue me a card. I used to buy these all the time for gifts and I will no longer do that. I can’t believe they would give you less than a year to use a card or you loose your money.
Got a prepaid card as reimbursement for a manufacture defect on a Midea U AC was able to use card only once after that my card got locked and received a weird message through Apple Pay notification that card details had changed. After trying to figure what had happened I tried using it at different vendors it would decline I also tried through PayPal/Apple Pay but nothing worked. I only found out today that card was locked due to “security issues” which was a headache to go through their automated phone line tried twice to reach an actual agent but it hangs up on me every time I get to transfer portion. I’m calling within business hours mind you so no it’s not past 5pm I made attempts at 3pm. No where on site can I submit a ticket to get card unlocked/replaced. This feels very much like a scam like here is money that you are owed your only able to use it once and boom the rest you’ll never see. I hate how I got strung along this entire process Midea U should have sent checks or something else this is disgusting.
Absolutely pathetic. I got a prepaid mastercard as part of a promotion with my apartment and I am unable to use it since adding it to my mobile wallet glitched out and the card was blocked. Every time I tried to call support, it would ask me to hold to await transfer before simply hanging up. I can't do anything and it is one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had to put up with
