I got the Mastercard and have 50…

I got the Mastercard and have 50 dollars on it and cannot use it anywhere. Not even online. Please do not gift this card to anyone. Tried to call them for remedy to the situation and got the run around. It costs nothing to have good service. update: June 14thThere is no email. And no official response to me from the company.Update July 7thFinally got a response. They said it could be used at lucky's and safeway. Why is this not on the original website? Who knows. Will return if it works.

For me linking the virtual prepaid…

For me linking the virtual prepaid mastercard to paypal was workin like a charm, tought it will work great but i cant spend anything.transaction failed all the time. only time i saw workin when paypal took some for verification what they tried to send back to me.both transactions "pending". whats the problem? :SSim gettin fustrated

Card Always Declined

I initially had high hopes for the virtual prepaid Mastercard, especially after successfully linking it to PayPal—it worked smoothly at first, even passing the verification step. However, once I tried to make actual purchases, every transaction failed without exception. At first, I thought it might be a temporary issue, but after multiple attempts across different platforms and reading similar experiences from others, it’s clear this is a recurring problem. It's disappointing because the card seems functional on the surface, but in reality, it's not reliable for real purchases.

//// UPDATE 06/23/2025 //// After 13 days I was finally able to use the digital prepaid card successfully. Yep. 13 days. After the card being declined, calling the given phone numbers (on the card, in the email, and on the website) multiple times, emailing customer support, verifying myself (through this website, through email, and on the phone), I finally received an email today (with an apology) stating that the card was successfully activated, after which I made a successful online purchase today. SO... Y'all aren't alone. This isn't normal. I have never had to wait or struggle like this before with any other prepaid card. Ever. The process is obfuscated and (in my experience) downright frustrating. I would even speculate to say it's done on purpose, as no other reason was given from the correspondence with the company as to why it took so long. Don't give up. Get in contact with them (one way or another) and hopefully it will get resolved. The fact I had to go to these lengths is still beyond me as they never replied with a reason as to why it took so long. I still feel giving up my personal information wasn't worth the amount due to me. Anyway... Best luck of everyone. The BHN Customer Service reps have both my appreciation and condolences. I hope the company gets a better system implemented. //////////////////////////////6/10/2025Offer of prepaid card sent via email by 3rd party. Card does not work. After typing the website address in my browser, I followed the prompts and received a copy of my “digital prepaid card”. I then tested it by purchasing digital content provided by Amazon, after which it was declined. Twice to my knowledge.Today (06/12/2025) I called the phone number provided in the email and followed the automated message prompts to see if I might find a solution. The only possible answer I have is that in the message it stated: “Please allow 3 to 10 business days for the credit to post on your account.”This information would have been good to know before committing to a purchase. Am I wrong?

All transaction getting declined. $40 wasted.

Got a $50 gift card and after I activated it in myprepaidcenter, it worked correctly for the first transaction on gold.razer.com. But after that all other transaction is getting declined. I also tired in many other website but all of them are getting declined. Now I have $40 in my card which is totally unusable. Also contacted their official support (case number - CS16540475 ) but there is still no reply.Latest edit - After contacting their support through email, they contacted me and said that I may have entered the wrong pin (entered the correct pin) and that is why the transaction was being declined. But then I later replied with screenshots as proof showing that all my details were correct and my card was indeed blocked. And asked them to replace my card or unblock it. Then in a later email they notified me that they replaced my card with a new card, but even with the new card, the transactions were still being declined. Also point to note - the new card had a transaction from the old card and the "Proxy Card Number" was still the same.Anyway I replied to them that the card was still being declined and waited for their reply. And in between that, I was trying that card at several places to see if it worked anywhere. And surprisingly, it worked in google play store. And I was able to use it through the google play store to buy some stuff worth $38. But then again the card started declining transactions ( I had $2 in the card and was trying to buy a $1 item in a game ).Anyway after wasting so much time behind it, what I understood was that the card doesn't block all the transaction but instead blocks a specific payment gateway. As at first I was able to use on Razer website to do a $10 transaction but then it started to decline all other transaction on the Razer website. Similarly it also blocked stripe and some other payment gateway and only leaving google play store. But even google play store was also blocked at the end. And now I have $2 in my account which is totally unuseable.So moral of the story - don't use their service and their cards. They randomly block the cards. And even though I was able to spend most of the $40 balance, the stuff I bought wasn't really what I wanted—and only bought them so that the $40 is not totally wasted.PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEIR SERVICE.

Card only works occasionally

Card only works occasionally, but on larger purchases always declines for no reasons. This has happened numerous times to me for no reason whatsoever. The amount of merchants they give you is miniscule, and using their cards on any other website is asking to get your card locks for "fradulent activity" or "unsafe behaviour." If you can, avoid business.

Card declining

I’ve used some of the funds on my card before at an online shop and it worked fine. However, now wherever I try to use it online, it keeps declining. I see many people have the same experience.

No one accepts these

I have multiple credit cards that will not work anywhere. They are being declined with no reasons, in places I've used them before. I tried to use them before the month is up, but they expire 6/2025 and no where will take them. It's a huge loss in money.
