Beware - Do not use this site

07/12/2025 UPDATEThe company got in touch with me and made things right. I wish the first agent I spoke to took care of the issue right away. But my review here triggered better action and I am whole again. Note that I bumped this up only to 3 stars and I am still not changing the title of this review. It is still best to NOT use the website. The card works fine without the website - just activate via phone and remember you cannot use it at gas stations, only at restaurants, stores, and only for merchandise or food. (Full disclosure, I am a bit OCD about keeping records, so I am still using the website even if they mask the card number after I put them. The website at least shows me the value left on the card. I use an app on my phone to track the numbers and expiration dates.)06/25/2025 REVIEWI get these cards a lot from timeshare presentations. So I decided I would open an account and register the cards I got on their website. I thought doing so would mean I will be able to use the card to shop online and not have to keep the physical card anymore. Nope. I went through the process and now my card is no longer accessible. Now I can't even see what the card numbers, expiration date, etc. are - the website has it redacted. I called and they will not provide me the ability to see the info that I put in the website. In effect, I was told that I should consider that I just threw out $50. My advice - do not bother with this site -- Just use the cards you get as a reward at any physical store, and make sure your purchase does not exceed the card amount or your card will be rejected.

Too difficult to redeem

Update: Sent me email to "assist me further" required me to enter my name and phone # and a "reference" number which they did not supply me with. Round and round we go. Too difficult to redeem. My seven dollar and odd cents paid for Equifax settlement is stuck in la la land. The lawyers in this case should have been paid by this company then they could sue them. Can't spend it anywhere, tried to add to my wallet and have to download an app. Requested plastic card and cost me $3 of my $7 settlement. Probably won't see it (checks in the mail scam) waste of my time to contact support. The government should investigate this travesty!

This company is a SCAM!

This company is a SCAM!! I received this card from an app called mistplay. I received it last month. I’ve tried using this this card EVERWHERE yet it declines every time. I contacted the support email & their excuse evey time is that im over exceeding the limit on the card yet I’m way under the amount. I then requested a plastic card after weeks of them not fixing the problem to see if that’ll fix it. I received card & yet it is still declining. The company is simply a fraud. They make money on you buying their cards & off of your declined gift cards. If you using an app that uses this company for Visa cards don’t do it. Redeem another gift. Please report their website to google to get them removed. There are over +700 people experiencing the same thing I am. Don’t let them guilt you into thinking it’s just a glitch. They are robbing you!

This company is a joke

This company is a joke. I accidently didn't use my card and it expired so they are charging me $10.00 to issue me a replacement card. So tired of fees. Shame on them. Hope they love their Ten Dollars guess they need more then their customer. Also trying to get a agent on the phone took me over 45 minutes. All automated and they do not understand English.

Unusable card and inexistant support

They issued a card that's practically unusable, it got declined at around 10 different merchants I used it at. I sent them proof and screenshots of that, and the only support I received was that they can't see the transactions in their system. Their phone line is just an automatic robot so cannot get any support to resolve this either, so I'm stuck with a $120 card that I can't do anything with for weeks

Can't access my funds

I can't access the funds on my cards. I have two virtual prepaid cards, one for $250 the other for $187. I didn't use them when i first got them but I am trying to use them now. They cards expired but the funds did not. There is no way to access these funds now even though in the cardholder agreement it says I could get a replacement card. This is not true as there is no place to request one. I've tried calling customer support but it is useless as it is all automated and provides surface level information. Now I cant get my $437 even though the funds should still be there due to this awful service.*EDIT*They've gotten in contact with me and I've been able to use the card with $187 but not the card with $250. It's been added to my profile but I can't use it. I tried activating it but it says I can't. Thankful for their assistance but still having issues with their service.

Upsetting...

i got a prepaid card sometime throughout the week. i added it to my paypal as i always do, it worked, i moved on. i wanted something specific on a website i always use my prepaid cards on, but it declined. i tried the card separate from my paypal, and it declined again. i thought it might have just been my PayPal, so i removed the card, tried to out it back on, and it wouldn't even go through. i'm really disappointed as my the items in my cart are about to sell out and this has never happened to me before. trying to get a hold of customer service is pointless because i tried contacting them yesterday morning and haven't heard back at all.

Trying to get a hold of the company as my virtual card has randomly stopped working - fails everywhere when there’s still $101 on it. Do you have an Australian phone number or email I can contact?
