Review Time
Good afternoon, I consider your decision not to return the stolen funds from my bank account absolutely unfair. My funds were transferred to your bank by Atlas, of which my company is a client. During the entire time I was using this card, I was having difficulties, and this card could not be used as a debit card. Payments for one reason or another could not be paid using this card. But the most interesting thing is that someone managed to completely unscrupulously steal money from my account, making 19 payments in almost one day, making 19 purchases in the same online store and simultaneously closing my account in Myprepaidcenter. In this case, it is clearly visible that it was fraud, but your bank was inactive and allowed money to be stolen from my account. I found out about the theft of funds on April 25, 2025, on that day I wanted to buy a gift for my husband for our wedding anniversary, and I knew that the card was also expiring, but I didn't even know that the money from the card had been stolen more than a year ago, so I couldn't report this situation within 60 days of the theft. In connection with the incident, I'm going to write a complaint to Atlas and report the theft of money and difficulties using cards issued by your bank. Case number : CDS0170498
So with all of the negative reviews here, I'm throwing in my $0.02....I recently opted in to a class action lawsuit against CLEAR Privacy. Long story short, I received an email today saying that I have $156.09 balance on a prepaid Mastercard and that I needed to fill out some information to activate it. Name, address, phone number and email. Card was activated immediately. I've done this before (get a prepaid CC) so I knew what to do next. I went to my Amazon account and added the Mastercard Debit card as a payment source. I then reloaded my Amazon Gift Card for the exact balance of the debit card using that card. About 5 minutes later the $156.09 appeared on my Amazon Gift Card and the balance at myprepaidcenter.com was $0.00 Easy peasy. Gift Card balance doesn't expire. There's no fee for not using it (like that's going to happen). I've done the same thing reloading my Starbucks account but $150+ is a little too much at once for me.
This is associated with Tango Cards. It's funny how they list this under a different profile...I made the mistake of requesting prepaid mastercards too. I received 3 a few months ago. They still don't work. It looks like they do this to everyone and they make sure you never get the a chance to talk to a real person through customer service number provided. It looks like they are doing this on purpose.People here could copy your review over to their tango card profile.
My prepaid Mastercard (received as a rebate) has been accepted online, with one $20 transaction which registered as 0. I can't be sure what happened, because the website is very glitchy. I'm never able to see all of my transactions to check against my own records. Often the website just freezes up. I tried calling and they do provide you with some information, but very fast and hard to process. There is no way to reach a person or send an email. Very unhappy with customer service.
I recieved 3 $100 gift cards and they do not work anywhere. I can not add them to Apple Pay. They get declined at all stores, online and in-person. I called the customer service number and I am put through a series of robot menus. These cards are useless and so is their non-existent customer service.
I have 3 cards and none of them work.I've been trying to use them for weeks in shops, adding them to a digital wallet or online but it just won't work.Contacting them is impossible as there's no email adress on their website? It's getting really frustrating, what am I supposed to do to retrieve MY money?
