Stole my $100 from a prepaid debit card that was issued to me. BE AWARE!!!! If you receive a card from them from someone immediately use or pull the money. They will steal it!!!!Also if the card expires before using the money they will steal your money and not return or issue a new card due to there card agreement. You have been warned!!!!
I redeemed a $100 card from the Awardco app and linked it to my account, but the card kept failing whenever I tried to use it. I removed it from my account, hoping to re-add or update the information, but now I’m unable to redeem it again. Unfortunately, MyPrepaidCenter only offers support via a phone hotline, which I can’t access from Vietnam.Is there any way to resolve this issue or regain access to the card?
I activated a $35 card through MyPrepaidCenter and after making about 3 transactions at online retailers and having $10 left on my card, the card suddenly started being declined on every site I tried shopping from, and I must've tried about a dozen so far, including websites where I had previously successfully made purchases using the exact same card. I was given no explanation by the company and this seems to be a problem that other customers have experienced yet doesn't get resolved.
My 'Myprepaid Center' gift card expired a month ago with a balance of $300 on it and when I contacted customer service, they said there is nothing they can do about it. They would not issue a replacement card. I would understand more if they contacted me about the upcoming expiration date and let me know if the remaining funds were not used by the date they would expire but they did not. I would highly discourage anyone from getting a prepaid card from this company unless they want to lose the funds on it without any recourse.

Received a virtual card for a reward for participating in an online study for $75. Was able to use card twice before it started declining every time. It has sufficient balance to pay for what I was trying to buy. Tried to call the support number on card and it is an absolute joke! Need better options when it comes to contacting support!
