Review Time
I cannot stress enough how bad the experience is with the site and services. I had two cards where I had tried everything to use them even using their own link on the site to their authorized retailers. Each time the transaction was declined or used secondary form of payment. In reality I spent $400 trying to use these cards each time I thought I understood it would work and was denied. I wrote for support on using the card which was never responded to and now the card expired and they removed the funds. This was by far the worst card experience I have ever had and suggest to stay as far away as possible.
I have a card from myprepaidcenter with over 1000 dollars of useless money on it.What kind of scam is this. I have tried multiple different online stores and none works.I have had this card for a while now and sooner or later its going to expire.Maybe that is what they are waiting for.
Got a prepaid card from work which would be nice if i could use it - have tried to use it in various different retailers which no success. This is suppose to be an international option but from what i see they don't properly work in Europe - there is no customer service i can contact and no option to refund - i don't think this is a scam - but if you cant use it anywhere then it should be noted before purchase of the severe limitations as to where it can be used.
Have $200 just sitting there - card keeps getting declined. - Tried to create an account to see if I could find out why, no added value from creating an account (maybe negative - see below)- Tried calling customer service - no customer service, only pre-recorded FAQs- Now I can no longer see the card because I cannot log in despite changing my passwordUpdate 1:- Email support resolved the issue - they noted that my card was blocked because of fraudulent looking activity - it would be helpful if some of this was noted on my account with clear steps of how to follow upUpdate 2: Declined again- Transaction was temporarily accepted - REI accepted my order but emailed me again saying it was declined
Was able to get my prepaid card onto my virtual wallet. Only have 3 cents remaining on the card. Deleted the card from my wallet because there's no way I can use it anywhere because it's only 3 cents. Currently afraid that I'm going to get hit with an "inactivity fee" in 6 months since the card is still active. Tried calling customer service. It's not customer service at all. It is an AI phone bot and nothing more. There is no way to get actual help with issues. I just want to delete the card and my account and get confirmation for deletion of both. I do not want the 3 cents.
