ALWAYS DECLINED

I activated my card 2 days ago. I won't write the names of all the sites one by one, but all the ones I tried were declined. I've never seen such a bad system. I've never seen such a poor quality site. I have $34 dollars held hostage in a card that is constantly rejected. Yes, it's not a lot of money, but why can't I use it???? I'm thinking of complaining to official sources, solve my problem!

Can't use! ALWAYS declined.

Received my virtual card link and activated my account and got my gift card details, but EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to use it, it was DECLINED. Even in-store and THAT was soooo embarrassing! Emailed the company I received it from and they have yet to respond (24-hours+ since contact). I literally have $100 I cannot use due to NO customer service option, because when I called, I was on-hold for over 13 minutes. No option via the link the on-hold message kept telling me to go to, as well. I hope this gets fixed soon....

I recently got a card and activated it…

I recently got a card and activated it but the card is not working anywhere. I tried linking it to PayPal and it's not working. No website is working. This is my first experience with the platform and I'm really disappointed. Sent a bunch of emails but no response, called the support number but couldn't reach a Human! It's terrible. Is there any fix to this problem?

Card declines everywhere

Card declines everywhere, and even trying to add it to your paypal wallet will get it blocked or cancelled. Completely worthless.

Card is declined for every transaction

It prompted me that my card is activated and I was able to link it to my PayPal but the payment method didn't work. Like for everywhere. There's no way to reach support other than calling them. I didn't try to call since I can only see complaints from reviews XD might be their support hotline is full, that's why there's no support email. So I've read the forums and it led me here, so I'm leaving a comment. From what I can read, there seems to be no resolution of the issues that have been reported.

Authentication Isue

I received a virtual Visa card and followed the process to activate the card for online purchases. Now every time I try using it I am informed that the transaction FAILED due to authentication issues - yet I did get the card authenticated...

Card blocked due to glitch, long wait time in customer service.

I got a prepaid card through this company as part of the Equifax data breach settlement, but it was declined everywhere I tried to use it. Eventually I called customer service, and after waiting on hold for 25 minutes (with a recording saying the wait time was "approximately 1 minute" over and over), I spoke to a nice representative who said my card was blocked due to a glitch in the activation process. They fixed it... but still, feels like a scam considering how much effort it takes to actually redeem this gift card. I can only assume that many of these prepaid cards will go unused because of this "glitch."

Run! Never ever do business with this company!

Where do I even begin? We bought some new appliances and received a $200 rebate in the form of a Visa "Debit" card originating from My Prepaid Center. The word "Debit" is in scare-quotes because I've never in my life encountered a debit card with so many insane restrictions. They intentionally make this card as difficult to use as possible.I tried to add the card to my Google Wallet and also to my PayPal account but both of these are forbidden for reasons unknown. My physical card was deactivated due to "suspicious activity", so I had to call these idiots and hold for about 10 minutes. I was told the card was irreversibly blocked so I had to wait for them to send me a "virtual" card with a completely new number. After 2 days, this new card appeared in my inbox.I tried to buy something online that I guess used PayPal to process the payment in the background and the same thing happened. I had to call and receive card #3. This card I used for a GameStop online purchase (which worked) and then I tried to use it online for a grocery store and guess what? It declined again. I called them and they told me it was declined because this is not a "supported merchant". I told them this was a payment directly to the merchant, not involving PayPal, Stripe, or any other third-party processing. I asked them where I can get a list of "supported merchants", since it's surely shorter than the list of unsupported ones. The card simply reads "Visa Debit" and basically every merchant on earth accepts Visa Debit. They had no answer for me, he basically just told me it's a game of chance and is 100% guesswork lolBut, on the bright side, he told me, this time the card was merely declined but not deactivated. That's good, I said. I told him I wanted to return my GameStop purchase and he told me there'd be no problem refunding it to my card. But when I did the return, Oops! There is no way to return money to it, so I had to accept GameStop store credit. This company is a complete joke, I've never had such a hard time spending my own money. I will do everything in my power, however, to ensure the balance gets to $0 because I do not want them to retain custody of even $0.01 of my money! If you are issued a card from this company, you have my deepest, most sincere sympathy. edit: I am puzzled why their support is trying to "reach out" to me. There is nothing to fix, the damage is already done. There is no technical issue with my card, this is clearly just how this company does business. Based on all of the similar reviews I see here, this is an established pattern.
