Sir i Had 3 card which was not using any where . Even I am so sad for few days . Any one help me to solved the problem . Even company had not any mail address so that I can contract with them .

Beware - See end of my review!

E-Card does not work, set up an account and that does not work. Is this a real company? I don't think so. UPDATE -15 hours later- I received an email via Trustpilot assuring me that it is a legitimate business and asking for a reference number. I never had a reference number. It's like they make the process to redeem so complicated you just give up and let them keep the money. UPDATE - 2 days later - I received an email that the credit can only be used for purchases under the balance. So, you must buy something for exactly the amount of the card or forfeit the remainder. So it is a trap for them to retain part of the card balance. So now I know.

Absolute garbage

Absolute garbage. 2 debit cards given from a payout and I can not use them anywhere. Gets declined in store and online.

Absolutely terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service. I have a mastercard that earns dollars that are regularly loaded onto it. It expired this month and no replacement was sent out. I was finally able to talk to someone and request an updated card to replace the expired one. They informed me that they are sending one out but also charged me $15 for it. I have never been charged by any company for a replacement card for one that expired. Absolutely ridiculous. If you have a choice, do not use these guys. Use anyone else!

**Updated** I received 4 cards, none work.

**Update** Their customer service reached out and resolved the outstanding issues with 3 of the 4 cards, the 4th card may be an issue with the company who was supposed to issue it. Additionally, they state the issue may have been related to fraud protection when these cards were attempted to be used, which locked them down entirely. I received 4 cards, 2 already expired and 2 more expired today. Not that I wanted them to expire or that I never got around to using them, they literally don’t work anywhere I’ve tried them. Calling the number on the card was no help. What a waste and now all 4 will go unused. Almost wonder if they do that on purpose and keep people's money.

No good, stay away, card does not work after I entered all of my info. It says "Oops. There's an error on our side. Please try again soon"I am not sure how to get it activated and working to be accepted on Amazon. This is not only happening to one but a few of my cards, very disappointed and frustrated!!Request for a follow up from Mauricio V. or Josh R. Unusable Card from MyPrepaidCenter.com

I received a virtual card from MyPrepaidCenter.com through my employer's reward program, and the experience has been nothing short of infuriating. The card is utterly useless; it has been declined at every single store where I've attempted to use it. Adding insult to injury, it's impossible to integrate this virtual card into any digital wallet.​The company's customer service is virtually nonexistent. Their website lists several phone numbers, but not a single email address is provided for support. Attempts to reach a human representative are futile, as the automated system offers no option to speak with someone. This lack of accessible support is beyond frustrating and leaves customers stranded without assistance.​To make matters worse, I can no longer even retrieve the virtual card number from their website. There is no option to convert the virtual card into a physical one, rendering the reward completely unusable. This experience has been profoundly disappointing, leading me to question the legitimacy of MyPrepaidCenter.com. It feels like a scam designed to withhold promised rewards.​I am not alone in this frustration. Other customers have reported similar issues, such as constant decline errors and an inability to use the virtual card online. Additionally, the absence of effective customer service has been a common grievance among users. ​This pattern of unresolved issues and lack of support is unacceptable. I strongly caution others against using MyPrepaidCenter.com, as their services appear unreliable and their customer support unresponsive.

If I could give zero stars I would.

If I could give zero stars I would.I'm losing a 200-dollar virtual reward from my work because this company is a scam. I have spent the last four and a half months trying to get this card to work and now I'm seeing im not the only one who has been robbed by this company.No customer support other than automated messages, the website is barely anything other than somewhere to show the cards you own but cannot use, and the cards get declined when you try to use them.IF you are a company that offers these to employees for a rewards program for hard work, stay clear. You will end up just giving an adjacent middle finger to that employee by doing so.
