If I could give a negative score I would. Looks to me that this is a complete scam. Received 3 virtual cards. Can't use them anywhere online. They get declined any time I try use them. Tried calling the UK toll free contact number, horrendous customer service, just a bunch of menus taking me no where, no one to talk to. Again terrible service that the only way myself and many other customers can seem to get any help is by posting a review on trust pilot
Purchased four $250 Visa prepaid cards and registered them on myprepaidcenter.com I'm able to see the cards and amounts but every transaction online that I tried to use the cards weredeclined. Essentially they're entirely unusable. There also isn't a way to add them into any of my mobile wallets despite the instruction they provided on the website. Tried to call the customer help number but unable to reach a human to troubleshoot the issue.I believe this site is a scam. The company seems to try to make sure you're unable to use the prepaid amounts and give up and let them expire in 6 months so they get to keep the money?I have used prepaid visa cards before through Tremendous and it was a smooth experience. Unlike with myprepaidcenter.com
I have 2 gift cards ( 1 MasterCard and one Visa) and I could not buy anything with them with websites declinedalso, i can't add it to my walletIt has never been like this before and I don't know what the problem but you have to figure out I'm s distributed with this website
I received a digital card yesterday, created an account, and registered the card. However, the card was declined upon attempting to use it, and I can’t add it to Apple Pay or Wallet. Also, there is no customer service contact information.
Lack transparency and user friendly support; this way they end up keeping your money, if you don't use it before the expiration date.The cards work, but you must take extra steps to make sure you don't lose your money. First, I recommend screenshooting the card, including all numbers, expiration date (which is always very short, on purpose), and the security code. Then I recommend buying yourself a separate gift card using their prepaid card, like Amazon gift card for instance, where it's EASY to keep track of balance and all details. There are other card companies that offer similar services, but they keep you well updated with balances and everything, with little to no efforts. This company does NOTHING. Once the card is activated, unless you have everything on their website on your profile, it will be extremely challenging to retrieve all the information...and once a card is activated, you can't even add it to your profile (ridiculous......).so people give up at some point. Stay away from them.
We have been waiting since 2/5/25 for them to satisfactorily redeem a prepaid card. I have sent all documents that they have requested. We thought the problem was solved, BUT NO! They even opened a new case. I am beginning to think this was just a scam.
