Review Time
Got an $80 refund card. I put it in my apple wallet and didn't touch it, 3 days later in line for groceries I find out they suspended it. Called customer service, was told to give them a photo id, phone bill, the copy of the email. (An insane amount of personal information for an outsourced customer service employee to have when they don't have any privacy policy.) I gave the information with the sensitive information redacted. Said they'd get back to me in 48 hours. It's been over a week.---EDITED REVIEW---I appreciate the speed that my issue was resolved via Trustpilot. Thank you for that. I hope the company can transfer that speed to your regular CS line.
Worst prepaid card out there. Small list of stores it can be used at. Not stores anyone is shopping at. IE footlocker and Staples. Please do not buy this or gift this to anyone!!!!Shame on your trust pilot having me submit additional details or my post will be deleted. Way to filter out negative responses. You should lose your Google ratings affiliations for such a deceptive practice. How low would their rating be if these unethical practice wasn’t in place? SHAME!!
This company's cards are unusable. Customer service is a nightmare of phone tree options that never include the option to speak with a human. I am losing hope I will ever succeed, and they deny even on Amazon. I have already put more effort into this than can reasonably be expected, and they are no doubt profiting from people not being able to use their cards. I got this $100 "rebate" from buying Goodyear tires, but have not received anything usable.Edit: I eventually figured out a loophole/workaround to get my card to work. You can tell these guys are liars because they've replied that they're "actively working on [my] case" but haven't done the first thing they said they would (switch it to a MasterCard) even though it's now approaching eight times as long as they said it would take them. You can see they're liars even more clearly because they're clearly not "actively working on [my] case" when I've already managed to get the money out after spending several times its value's worth of my time trying. Inb4 they change their name to what would at this point be the fourth new company to once again disconnect themselves from the bad reviews.
