They wanted my ID to settle a prepaid card...

Same thing. Received a card through a class action settlement and it's declined everywhere. No website access. They want me to send them my ID to them thru email. Yeah... I'm totally gonna do that. Sounds like an ice burg of scams and the debt card is just the door.All they can do on here is reply with "Oh sorry contact this email" yeah.. avoid doing that. Anyone who needs to defend themselves so much via so many bad reviews deserves to be shut down. Forcefully.

Equifax Scam

I personally believe that Equifax purposely used this scam company so that people would have problems using the card and they could therefore retain a good portion of the money that they are suppose to pay out.I kept calling trying to get a simple question answered but it always goes into an automated system. I wanted to know if users are charged a monthly inactivity fee for not using the card? We are given a card that is from a settlement, but it looks like after we are done using the card that we may end up paying monthly inactivity fees since the card never expires (so glad I read the fine print before submitting). If this is the case, then Equifax would actually be making money on the cards when people stop using them, which is a way for them to clawback some of their settlement money.This should be looked into because it seems as though they are intentionally trying to avoid paying people the settlement money owed to them. If this is true this should be another lawsuit for fraud!

++This scam took my class action…

++This scam took my class action settlements from Suave & some pickle settlement payment & even though I had requested A PAPER CHECK, they sent me a WORTHLESS VIRTUAL MASTERCARD & claimed after they 'activated' it I could then use it ANYWHERE MASTERCARD was used, One big STINKING LIE. Even my bank wouldn't even try to use them & my local grocery refused to use them unless it was a physical card.. Combined the 2 settlements came to $27.45. Maybe that isn't much in their world but in mine, it is nearly a tank of gas & some bread & beans on the table.

Robbed of $130 balance and no customer service

I had a $150 prepaid virtual mastercard which I received as payment for a side gig, and it worked for one transaction of under $20 before it got mysteriously blocked. I tried calling customer service several times but there are no humans to talk to and no option to really fix this issue without it. To say I’m annoyed is an understatement, someone needs to give me my money back stat! Either reactivate my card or give me a new one for the $130.03 I’m owed. Thanks!

My Prepaid center is scam company

My Prepaid center is scam company and someone should sue them. I read the negative reviews before trying to claim my settlement as a Master Card debit. Used it on Amazon and here's what I got:----------------------------------------------Card ending in ****9463 declined by your bankChoose another way to pay or contact your bank for more information.----------------------------------------------I wasted about an hour of my time for aggravation.

This is a terrible platform

This is a terrible platform. I've attempted to use it twice from class action settlements, most recently Equifax. I bet companies know that only a small percentage of people ever use these digital cards because Prepaidcenter makes it difficult to use.Their 833.409.4797 number is a non-working number. I called to retrieve the full number, CVC code and expiration date because after I added the card to Amazon and later went to use it, Amazon required to confirm details and there's no way to get that card info (it flashed onscreen once and disappeared -- I should have taken a photo).Don't waste your time and aggravation,

I wish I could give zero stars

I wish I could give zero stars. Received a small gift card and have not been able to use it anywhere. I've activated my card and then signed in. It's a lot to do but I cannot add my card to any platform for online shopping. It says I can make a phone or mail order, but who does this. I cannot get in touch with anyone. This is not a good company. Update: I received a call from their customer service department from a 972#. Called back and have not received a response because it just keeps ringing. I have yet to receive a follow up email. This company is most definitely a scam !

I received a 10 and 25 dollar giftcard

I received a 10 and 25 dollar giftcard, the 10 dollar one worked fine but it had to go into processing and was declined for shm i was trying to buy, and it was supposed to give me a refund but 2 days later no refund, and the 25 dollar one doesnt even work at all

Suspicious presentation of terms and conditions

The web site forces you to agree to terms and conditions that are provided in EXTREMELY small type and can not be enlarged without having to move the page in a very small window making reading the document a painful experience. and this is on a desktop with a wonderful large screen. This presentation is extremely suspicious and not what a reputable company would do. Update: After posting this review, I receive persistrnt and annoying emails from the company asking for more information. My review is easy to understand.

Worked on Amazon--Be Sure to Use the Same Billing Info

Got this from the Equifax settlement. Saw the reviews on here and was very concerned, but suspect what is happening is people are putting different name/address/phone number info on the form they fill out to get the card, compared with the info they put for the purchase later. If they don't match, it will fail. Mine worked immediately on Amazon.
