Review Time
At first I really liked this card but after only 2 purchases my card completely stopped working, and not only that this card barely works on any site, the only reason im giving 2 stars is cause the card at least worked on something, Overall just wouldn't recommend. (Also please help me fix my card if your reading this, I still have a lot of money on it)
I received a text message from my company to pick a guest gift card as a Christmas gift. I picked the Visa virtual card. I have not been able to use it anywhere. I called them yesterday they said I will get an email in 24 hours .I have not received. Reading all these bad reviews I'm thinking that I will not get $50 gift card. I will definitely be reporting this to my company. I could only imagine how many of the 200 plus employees they sent these to and not been able to use their card. I also checked the better business bureau and it looks like they changed their name. They are no longer listed under my prepaid center. This truly seems like a scam. I work for a pretty big company so hopefully they will get to the bottom of this and someone accountable for the scam this company is running.
Having read many of the negative experiences reported here, I’ll share what worked for me to collect my Equifax settlement: Went to the Amazon site to purchase an e-gift card in the exact dollar amount of my prepaid card; entered the prepaid card as the payment method for the gift card; and sent the gift card to my own email address. When the gift card email arrived a minute later, I added it to my Amazon account. Granted that this seems unnecessarily complicated for the purpose — especially after having to give up my personal info and agree to a bunch of legalese just to *get* the prepaid card — but I didn’t encounter any problems.
These cards are useless! You cannot use them on most websites. Payment for any purchase of games on well-known platforms is rejected: Steam, GOG, Fanatical, etc. It's ridiculous. I find myself with a balance that I cannot use. I'm not talking about purchasing subscriptions or anything like that just a video game in digital format. I feel like my money was simply stolen by Myprepaidcenter.com. Do not use them, do not buy prepaid cards there you will lose your money.
I have got a visa prepaid card. I have tried on multiple websites to use it but every single time it has been denied. I am unable to because places are unable to "authenticate" my card. Futherly places which require 2fa to purchase you are unable to do it. I genuinley believe this company makes money of people giving up on trying to spend their cash. Also they dont have any email support, and you can only call them which is quite inconvenient/
