I had gotten my virtual card a day ago

I had gotten my virtual card a day ago. It keeps declineing i tired samsung and google pay. I try contacting the customer support number and i cant reach any human person. Edit two: i tried to place an online order for food and it still declined.

This is definitely a scam!!!

This is definitely a scam. I have a $5 card. I have tried to use it on Amazon, Mercado Libre, Didi Food, and it doesn't work in any of them. I called My Prepaid Center and, after 22 minutes of waiting some supposed verifications, the person hung up the call... They fill their pockets with tricks.

I was credited $480 to a prepaid card and I can't pay with it anywhere, just like everyone else on this page. Help me asap![edit] they respond to everyone that they want more details but I didn’t hear a thing. Is this some type of scam? [edit]

Card does not work

In May of this year, I received three Visa MyPrepaidCenter cards from Delta Airlines. I was able to use two of the cards, but I can't use one of them for any type of purchase.I can't use it in person, online, regardless of the browser or operating system. I can check the balance on the MyPrepaidCenter website, but I can't make any transactions with this card. I managed to use the card a few times, but then purchases started showing errors. The error message I get when I try to make a purchase is to contact the bank that issued the card.Since the card is only valid until November of this year and I have a significant balance, what should I do? It should be noted that I don't live in the United States. I tried to contact Myprepaidcenter via telephone support but the call was blocked when I tried to call via Skype, as I live in Brazil.

So far I hate this service

So far I hate this service. I called customer service, and it was a robot. I can't use the card anywhere, and I need to use it. I was gifted the card after attending a focus group, I could have selected paypal or any other service, but I chose this thinking I could use it to pay people. I demand reimbursement or a solution. This is horrible because I do not have a lot of money right now, and I thought the vanilla card could be used for just about any type of transaction that allowed visa's. It says clear as day right on the website that it does, so I feel like I have been scammed. Please for the love of god someone contact me and help me! So far it ruined my friday night and probably will ruin my entire weekend.

I got a $15 prepaid card for a settlement from Verizon and I used it on Amazon for an item that was $63. It went through without asking me for any other payment and I got scared and changed the payment. Why would it do that?

Can't redeem code (Solution Posted)

EDIT: Support was able to help me fix the problem so I increased my score from 1 to 2. The reason why I gave it a two is because customer support doesn't work on phone, you'll be waiting so long that it's honestly not worth calling them. They also don't have an email on their site so reviews on other websites are their "support". Having a FAQ with solutions to most of these problems are not existent on their FAQ page which would avoid most of the negative reviews they're seeing.SOLUTION: Use a different browser or clear cache/cookies. I used Brave and Brave incognito and it didn't work. When I used Opera, it worked. Please mark as helpful if it solved your problem. Normally I don't have issues with this company, but yesterday I tried to redeem a card I purchased and it gave me an error: "We apologize. We have identified an error on our side. Please contact customer service at 833-409-4795." I gave the number a call and hung up after waiting 1 HOUR and 30 MINS without reaching anyone. There is no way to email them either, it only has their phone number on the site.

Update: 6/21/24. Blackhawk did reach out, but I am even more convinced that they are a scam company. They reached out to tell me that this is all by design. I've added this to Apple Pay, but can't most restaurants, Kroger Pay, Daiso, Bed Bath Beyond, they all rejected it. Their plan all along: they are hoping that if they reject it enough times, we'd forget about using it and once the card expires, they'd keep the money. ***Original: They do not work on major sites like kroger.com! These cards from myprepaidcenter dot com seem like fraud. I got a card with a fairly high value which I ofcourse wanted to use for buying groceries for family members. I go to add this card to my Kroger Pay account and it doesn't work! I tried calling their number from their website 1-888-371-2109 and there is literally NO WAY to talk to a real life agent. They just give me the balance. Trying to get a refund, but that's likely not an option either.
