I got a virtual prepaid card for a class action lawsuit. I activated the card and purchased a gift card through one of the links for a participating partner. It got declined and the virtual card showed that it was deducted. I am unable to retry and cannot get a live person on the phone or an email contact to ask for help. I also tried logging in to see the balance and my profile is not showing any virtual cards at all so here's another problem. I can't get help anywhere. This site is horribly created because I could sign up for once, but I can't even log into the account in Chrome or Firefox as they recommended.I received a $25 gift card from G2 but the most ridiculous thing is that it CANNOT be claimed on this site. It kept telling me that there was something wrong ON THEIR END and there's no customer support email or whatever to contact! Ridiculous!
Actuallyy this is the worst and most stupid way to pay online and if i can give them Zero star i will do, after i pechased 2 codes i found the website blocked everywhere, it doesn't work with any ip from my country egypt and i tryed all types of devices, all types of browsers and all types of internet connections and everything is blocked.it work only when i use VPN and i created to cards and it's useless and don't accept the payment i get rejection everytime i try to pay.there's no chat or email for support they ask you to make an international call to cost you a ton of money to get help and you will get nothing.
I tried to use it once on Amazon, and it didn't go through. I went to use it today, and the balance was $0, but there were no transactions on the account. I tried to enter my card number 10 times, and every time I got to the 13th number, the voice said it didn't understand. It's interesting how it cuts me off at the same place every time. THIS IS A SCAM!
